What's your favorite processed food?

We all know that processed foods aren't the greatest things for our health, the *dreaded* processed food, but it's ok to have an occasional treat. So, what's your favorite processed food? My personal favorite is mac 'n' cheese.

My favorite is raw whole eggs. First, I have to check it if its okay to drink  then I  can break it and shove it down my throat.  Fast and less hassles. I used to drink  raw eggs in my teens time. Now, I'm 27 years old and going back to drink raw eggs. At least 8 eggs per day, but this is just a start. I could break dozen of eggs per day sooner or later.

I don't have allergies with raw eggs, so it's safe for me to drink it.

diet coke and lean pockets. for awhile i was eating this combo EVERY SINGLE DAY of my life. luckily i got tired of it. :)

well...i do still drink 2-3 diet cokes per day....Undecided

definitely diet coke. also a fan of canned foods/veggies like progresso light soup and green beans

CAMPBELL'S TOMATO SOUP!.... yum.

ice cream! ++ yogurt & granola & bars & cereal

- Ice cream

- Canned soup

- Instant noodles

- White bread

- Cakes

- Donuts

- Pastries

- Strawberry jam

- Blackcurrant jam

- Peanut butter

And the list goes on!

I think it's sooooo funny how people on this website try to prove how "whole foods" they are by pretending like nutritious foods are terrible because they are packaged.

"Oh, I eat packaged, organic, sugar-free oatmeal!  It's my favourite guilty pleasure.  Oh, I am soooo naughty!  But only once a week!  Usually I just eat soil and gnaw on native grasses!"

Whatever.  I love processed food and I don't care if it turns me into a giant tumor when I'm 70.  I do feel guilty about the 20 packages of equal I drink a day, and the 8 diet sodas, but I DON'T feel guilty about the healthy choice soup, the 70 calorie packs of dried mangoes, the special K, the frozen veggies, even the DREADED GRANOLA BARS!!!  Packaged food is easy, quick, and it can be healthy and nutritious.  Yes, I am one, giant preservative.  I welcome your scorn, and until YOU want to come cook some all-natural, organic, salt-free oat-groats with hand-picked fresh dill for me, I'm gonna keep eating this crap.

I didn't intend to criticize anyone's eating habits when I posted this. I was just curious. I eat processed food, too, just like everyone else.

mars_0112,

the strawberry SF milk mix powder is one of my favorties, i use it everyday. but it is also really "healthy". it has about 20% of your DV of iron, calcium, potassium, vit A, vit C, vit D, vit E, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, B12, and folic acid. it is SF, comes in chocolate, vanilla and strawberry, and only 5 calories per packet. it is SO good in cereals, any milk products, well... anything that you can think of! it is called MOO MAGIC. mmm... so good. :) hope this helps

New list :S

  • Peanut butter
  • Bread
  • Graham Crackers (Cinnamon)
  • Baked Goods ; Muffins, Cinnamon Rolls, ECT.

I love mei' carbs. ^O^

Thanks. I'll try to find it

I used to LOVE microwave popcorn... until i discovered that the artificial butter flavouring chemical caused this crazy lung hardening disease called 'popcorn lung' in plant workers and also in this guy who would eat two bags a day... apparently it causes lung hardening! EW. now i'm sure it's not going to kill me if i eat a bag once in a while... but I can't bring myself to do it anymore.. eughhh. i'll stick to homemade now!
