What's your favorite yoga dvd?

I'm between a  beginner and intermediate level. Want to buy a dvd for home yoga  practice - any suggestions?

The Gaiam ones are nice. I bought one that had 3 sections. One for mornings, stress relief & evening yoga.

I dont know what type of music you are into but yoga for indie rockers has all levels great music and the best mix of poses and flow let me know if you like it

P90X- YogaX is the most intense yoga (90min.) I've ever done. It's "Namaste" yoga. I think you can find this video for sale separate from the other p90x workout DVD's on ebay.

I found some really awesome yoga and pilates DVDs at Wal-mart for $10 each.  The DVD has 5 different 10min workouts that you can either do one at a time, or combine into 20,30,40 or 50 min. workouts. They're my favorite :)

the Baron Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga series DVDs are all wonderful for every level :)

I found a yoga dvd that is geared specificially for weight loss. It is made by the people who do The Biggest Loser on television. It has an option for a customizable workout, or 3 separate workouts to choose from. I really enjoy it. I think I got it at Best Buy.

Mark Laham Power Yoga (www.marklaham.com/) is my favorite--good, standard sequences with a choice between a core segment and hip-opening sequence. He's not too cheesy but not too jock either (I often do this one as a group at work--mostly men too!)

I also like Rodney Yee Total Body and Rodney Yee Burn (both through Gaiam I think). Shiva Ray Vinyasa Flow is also pretty good--you can select pre-set series of poses or you can pick and choose your own series of poses to make the practice as long as you want, but it's on the more advanced side of intermediate and is a bit more "spiritual" than Mark or Rodney.

I wasn't really a big fan of P90X--found it...don't know how to put it...good enough work out but I found the guy really, really annoying (in a jock kind of way).

Thank you for posting this! I have been thinking of getting back into yoga and taking a month long challenge to see if it works for me. That being said i wonder if there is a good yoga DVD that will increase my strength as well or if all yoga is good for that in general. Ive been thinking of grabbing the 'Biggest Loser' yoga by Bob Harper, does anyone have any experience with this one?

I also feel obligated to point out i am trying to gain some strength rather than lose weight. One reason why i wanted to do yoga or something else low impact. I am also planning on incorportaing the BFL weightlifting regime for strength and was wondering if anyone knew anything about that one. had some experience with it? (Sorry for hijacking the thread you all!)

I really really like the Gaiam yoga DVDs with Rodney Yee as the instructor.

My favorite is the "30 minute core."

I have tried many different yoga DVDs and I often find that I get annoyed with the voice of the yoga instructor, lol. The Rodney Yee DVDs are great and there are a bunch of them so you can get some that are at your level!
