I like to have some grapes or strawberries.

Yogurt with fruit and hot tea.
I just finished up a bountiful bowl of Red River with applesauce:). It's lovely to feel sated, and sleepy.
Frozen fruit, frozen yogurt (literally), oatmeal, or a protein bar. Yum.
Sugar free ice cream from Breyer's :P It's 80 cals. for 1/2 a cup.

I usually like something sweet. So I try to avoid the obvious: ice cream and now make a smoothie that I can dress up and change to taste like ice cream with protein and lower fat / carbs/ sugars than ice cream.
Snacking in the evening is my weakness
I do much better on my diet/eating when I'm busy in the evenings.
Ive been having activia yogurt all week as a late night snack. Its only 90 calories and it has been doing a great job of keeping me regular (kill 2 birds with one stone!) 5 lbs gone this week, and Im thinking it was from all the "buildup"

Crackers with peanut butter. Cereal is good too.
small bowl of cereal, 1 packet of oatmeal w/ vanilla soymilk, or 1 slice of bread with 1 tbsp honey PB
I like to freeze low cal whip cream in a very small bowl for 30 mins, and then i cut up strawberries and mix with splenda and some 0 calorie chocolate sauce and nuke it in the microwave for 30 seconds and then pour the strawberries over the cold whip cream, omg its heavenly!! (and around 40 cals!)
I also like pickles, or a warmed up apple with cold yogurt dumped on it :]. Mmm, yeah you can see i really like the hot/cold temperatures together.
God, anything that doesn't bite me first!
I try to stick to cereal or fruit, but evenings are not my best time... get that whole salty/sweet cycle going, and then I'm hooped! I'm not sure if it's boredom or being tired that does it to me, because I'm rarely actually hungry!
My favorite night time snack is a warm glass of milk with cinnamon on top or a homemade decaff latte (<-- yeah, with frothy milk & everything!) yum ![]()

On nights where I work till 11, when I get home I normally have 1/2 cup cottage cheese and mini pretzles or a bowl of cereal with soy milk.
While I usually avoid eating after dinner...I occassionally cheat of course
and have half a cup of salsa and five or six whole grain tortilla chips.
