what's your favourite source of exercise??

Mine is biking (on a real bike) and dancing. Just learning how to pop and lock right now. My favourite song is Where's Your Head At.
- Lifting weights, but only for 30-40 minutes.
- Walking briskly but not aggressively about the town for an hour or so.
- I have a lot of uptemple songs that get me fired-up, but right now "Bryn Christopher's "Quest" is my favorite.
weight training...bc I love the way my sculpted body looks from it.
running...bc I'm type A, high strung and like everything FAST...well, except for one thing... ;)

My favorite ways to exercise are biking and swimming.
I think the best thing you can do to get back into it is to remember all the good things about it that made you love it in the first place. Remember that mini high you get after you are done execising? You want that feeling again right?
Ease yourself back into it bit by bit and you'll get going again
I have been doing a "BollyWood" Exercise dvd and it is fun to do... *even though I look like a fish out of water*
Mine's playing racquetball. An hour a day / 6 days a week.
Hiking, biking and rollerblading. Oh, and skiing. I like exercise that makes me go "wheeee!"

Dance Dance Revolution! I could be sweating/panting and still be pumped for the next song
Elliptical machine because I get results on it and a hot ass
I haven't done yoga in a while but I loved how it makes me feel better.
and Just this week I started a 9 week regimen for 5K with Podrunners. I'm really excited about it!

The C25K program with podrunners is AMAZING! I'm on Week 3 and I'm finding it difficult to wait a day in between runs. Love it!
So that's my answer, too. Running! Also, playing badminton with my boyfriend.
