soft serve--i love pinkberry...it's fro you and it's delish. green tea flavor with strawberries and green tea powder or original flavor with coconut, kiwi, and granola...yummy.

Cheez its. Don't ask me but I know I love them! A lot! Any time! Day, night. Breakfast lunch dinner. . .mmmmm I'm hungry for some now.

It changes on a weekly basis, I go on kicks this week its:

  1. Egg whites
  2. Fat Free Feta
  3. Portobella mushrooms
  4. Cinnamon
  5. Greek Yogurt
  6. Lightlife veggie pepperoni
  7. Diet Snapple

Random I know!

Those Boca burgers are good! I was obsessed with them a few months ago, same with the laughing cow wedges!

I've been obsessed with popcorn for pretty much my entire life.  I seriously think that if I could only eat one food for the rest of my life I could easily live off or popcorn! lol ;-)

My other current obsessions are Sweet Potatoes & Grapefruit...yummy!

is fat free feta good?

Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches are sooo good T_T. String cheese, cottage cheese with Mrs. Dash, Wheat Thins Fiber Selects, Utz Honey Wheat Braided Twist Pretzels, and Bachman pretzel packs are really yummy too (not all together :p, but that might actually turn out quite well too xD). I also love those Laughing Cow cheese wedges! And spinach nuggets are surprisingly tasty :D!

Smoked and cocoa almonds. Peanut Butter and dark chocolate.

oatmeal and bananas.

i go through "food phases", so they only last for about a week. currently i'm "obsessed" with water, seriously. i used to drink hardly any (sad, i know) but now i drink a ton, and i plan to change it from a "phase" and make it a habit :)

My bad obsession is with chips and salsa.  Real, fresh mexican salsa, not store bought.  I'm moving to southwestern Arizona at the end of the summer and I can't wait to have the real stuff available everywhere!  I eat some salsas with a spoon...just call it Mexican Gazpacho!  Salsa = good but salty, fried chips = bad!

My good obsession is with cereal.  I eat it every night for dinner or a snack and it's what I look forward to as my reward at the end of the day!  My particular favorites are Honey Nut Cheerios and Special K Blueberry with skim milk.

almond butter or nut butter in general. Its such a big part of my life its shameful lol

also baking - i love baking cakes. I bake about twice a week (but freeze it in individual packages don't worry!)

Cheese! I'm trying to find healthy versions & limit my intake to a sensible amount, but seriously - I could just eat it all day!

On a healthier note...kidney beans - I put them in everything! And sweet peppers (yellow & red), cherry tomatoes, & my newest obsession is smoked tofu...mmmm! Smile

-frozen yogurt (and recently, edy's slow churned--but it's still no froyo)

-apples (i eat 2-3 every day)

-pretzels dipped in hummus

-cold cereal (i have a big bowl of cereal EVERY morning and even if I want something else, like waffles or atmeal, I usually save it to eat for lunch because my body craves the cereal so much more. But I eat all organic ones like bran heritage flakes and fiber o's and kashi golean)

-sugar free gum. couldn'/t live without it.

-gummi candy (>>frowns<<) I know it is the worst possible thing out there for you, but I just caaaaaant eliminate it totally...yet.

-animal crackers

Im fickle, so my food obsessions change alot. Currently its tomatoes (especially cherry and grape), pickles (it always has been pickles tho...love love love em)....and soy milk latte from starbucks. I could drink like 8 of those a day. YUM!

I want those almonds! Where do you get them?

My food obsessions change all the time. I love eating and get excited about food very easily! Last week I became obsessed with salmon, and am still on my salmon kick. I think my next obsession might be udon noodles, if I can find a place around here that sells them cheap.

Apples. I love love love apples. But they must be big apples, not dinky tiny ones.

Old Obsessions:

  • raisins
  • wraps
  • turkey dogs
  • almonds
  • oranges
  • um, I'm sure there are more, but I can't think of them right now

ultimate best invention ever was steamfresh veggies... so convenient for me and healthy

Hmmm.... well I Looooove dried apricots.  I also love skippy natural peanut butter.  I recently tried Bliss dark chocolate and thats very good.  I guess most of thats pretty healthy:)

I just got into eating Greek yogurt...so I'm trying all different brands and flavors and am experimenting with new ways of eating it.

I am pretty obsessed with bananas.  I need one just about everyday.  My cereal did not taste the same this morning with out one.

Don't know where you live but I get them at Giant. Emerald makes them. They are called Cocoa Roast Almonds (Dark chocolate). Funny as they are 20 less calories then the smoked almonds. Only 1 gram of sugar. Yes, they are yummy!!
