i dont know about everyone else, but on sundays i usually let myself have a treat of my choice and forget about calories. i found because im usually very good the rest of the time and excercise often it dosent effect my weight no matter what i choose to have.
this sunday i am going to make FRENCH TOAST!
im going to have it with super nice thick bread, ill make two slices of savoury and dip it in a little tomato sauce, and im going to have one smaller slice of sweet topped with a little icing sugar and a dash of syrup.

I had a few bites of chocolate yesterday, a fat free french vanilla cappucino this morning and a huge italian dinner with drinks and my b/f's family tomorrow night... But I'm not planning to stuff my face :) everything in moderation!!
I'm going to a wedding tomorrow, and I think I'm going to have some cake :)

I bought some tasty things yesterday. Adkins bars, PB + raspberry, 100 Cal. and very good. Also rice cakes in cho. and PB. and sme Laughing Cow light, cheese.
I fried fish (but really blotted it with paper towels) this week, that was my treat. I've been doing fairly well and have to be careful I don't binge. Having something special ONCE a week helps I think.

yesterday was my cheat day and i ate homemade pizza. although i didn't really cheat because i still made sure that my side was all veggies, no pepperoni though i wanted it and the thinnest layer of cheese. i just can't cheat all the way.
I'm going to a wedding tonight, and I too might have some cake. We'll see how my workout goes here in a bit :)

Well, I tend to save just enough calories everday (lately) to have one serving of Nutella (chocolate-hazelnut spread) all by itself. I spoon it out and enjoy it slowly. Its wondeful.
Birthday cake two times in one weekend. My sister's party is tonight and my birthday is on Monday. Mmmmm cakes!
alcohol, all of my extra calories tend to go to it once a week...

I'm with Lieann. I'm doing really well on my diet this week and may have a very little something on Sunday, but I'm mostly saving up for next weekend when my friend moves in. I nkow there will be alcohol and I can't afford all those calories without careful planning! Hahaha! Ah, long ago are the days of spur of the moment drinking!
I had 1/2 cup chocolate ice cream with 1 TB peanut butter and low-cal whipped cream each night this week. I worked it into my daily calories because I had cravings - don't ask me why!!!! Also we are trying to reduce the amount of food in our fridge before we go on vacation. :-)

i treat myself each day, today i had a cookie with my chai latte...seems like a lot but my dinner was a 200 cal wrap...so it was sort of the rest of my dinner and my afternoon snack :D
i wont go a day without a luna bar...or a bowl of oatmeal and a nonfat yogurt.
