I will get to the upper part of my healthy weight range, 135-140 and take it from there. In my dream world I would be 120, but we'll see.

115-119; I'm not targeting a number because it'll upset me if I do that and then end up a different number with fluctuations, but my fluctuations are small so a range like that is probably safe.

170 for right now. Once I get there, I'm betting that I'll want to get down to 165 or so, though. My peak weight was 205 and I'm a 5'10" male.
I'm short, so anything that doesn't make me look round will do, I'm at 145 now, maybe another 10 or 20, I don't know yet.

I am aiming (eventually) for 140ish. Then I will go from there to decide if I need to lose more.
I'm shooting for 110 being 4'9" and currently 137-140 depending on the day it might take a while...I just started using CC on Sunday so hopefully it turns out to be benificial.
When I get to 110 I may decide to drop another 5 or 10 pounds...anything from 95-114 is healthy for me according to my doctor....we'll wait and see :)

5'9'' goal weight is 150. My original goal was 135 but I revised it in light of getting more muskles. Currently 176.5, I have 26.5 lbs to lose!
I'm shooting for 125 maybe 120, I'm 5'3'' and 149lbs.
