That's so hard to say because it depends on so many factors, not just your height. Your genes, your bone structure, body compostion (muscle to fat ratio) etc. If you want to go by BMI then whatever weight falls between a BMI of 20-24.5 or 25 is considered healthy. If you want to go based on height then the rule is 100 pounds for 5 feet and 5 pounds for every inch over 5 feet. In your case 124 pounds would be a good weight for your height.

That is not to say that you can't look just as good or be just as healthy at 140. If you have a lot of muscle tone then it's okay to be a bit heavier on the scale but you will look thinner..if you have low muscle tone then you might be light on the scale but not look fit/thin so there is a lot to consider when choosing the best weight for YOU...it's not the same for all people who are 5'4 3/4 like a cookie cutter "one size fits all." You have to find where you feel and look your best and that might be at 120, 125, 130, or140 pounds.
Okay, I am a muscular person, at 190 most people guess i'm 160 so I dont know. The wrist and finger thing says I'm a medium frame.
Ok I am exactly one inch shorter than you and also have a medium frame.  I weigh 192 and anything between 120 and 140 is supposed to be a healthy range for me.  I am shotting for 125.  I say try for 140 and see how you feel about your body then.
I am exactly the same height as you and when I was thin, I weighed anywhere from 124 to 140.

I would have to say when I weighed between 124 and 130 I looked damn good, but it just wasn't realistic for my body and my eating habits.

I would say for me and for our height, between 130 and 135 is a good weight. It's realistic and the guys love it!
I'm aiming for 135, but I'm doing it 10 lbs at a time, so I can always decide I'm done.
It's hard to tell without frame size or other information, but I'd guess that the upper 140s are probably the beginning of a healthy weight range. That would be a good long-term goal to start with, and then, depending on personal preference and body type, perhaps revise it a bit later.

Still, setting smaller goals is usually the best thing to do. Even going below 180 would probably make you feel better; I'm a little shorter, and I know that when I dropped into the 160s from 180, I felt somewhat better physically and thought I looked better. It still wasn't healthy, but it was a lot closer!

Thanks for the advice, I was thinking of aiming for 120, but I"m having a hard time breaking 180, and i know i"m not working out as hard as I was in the begining but I"m not pigging out and I have been working hard enough to sweat daily, I just kinda wish it would fall off faster

i'm almost exactly you're height.  somewhere in between a small and medium frame--though i'm leaning toward medium.  i started out at around 145lbs (i've lost a little so far!! down to 142) and whenever i told people how much i weighed, they never believed me. :P  but it depends very much on your body type.  i think once you are into a healthy range, you will be able to figure out if you should stay where you are or lose more.  or just tone up! :)
I'm exactly your height and I'm aiming for 130. I have a medium bulid. I weigh 177 at the moment  and that seems like a pretty good goal. We should totaly become buddies!
