it is time for a visit to the doctor.
I agree. Time to see a doc.
Sweetheart, you need to talk to your mom and get to the doctor!
i think it might be something with my metabolism due to me eating what i want and not gaining and sometimes losing
it could be... but it could be something else. there might be some obscure problem with a really simple fix, that you would not know to try on your own. you doctor will either know exactly what is up, or run some simple tests to show whats happening.
no ones know any disease or something with these symptoms???
It sounds like your body is starving to death. The only disease I can think of is Anorexia.
there are just too many things with the same symptoms. and there is no way to know if one thing is causing all the symptoms, or if two or more things is each causing some of the symptoms.
A few of things that come to my mind are
thyroid issue
low-blood sugar
heart problem
I get some of those symptoms sometimes. I thought it was a blood sugar issue -- my doc says is could be, but that if it keeps happening I should go in and have a stress test. I personally don't think it's my heart though.

Might be hyperthyroidism?
Your symptoms sound pretty identical (look it up).
It would also account for your low weight, somewhat.
I know two girls and their mother, all have hyperthyroidism to some degree, they're all very tiny as well.

sounds like you're having a really tough time there!
really, it's impossible for anyone to diagnose your problem over the internet without seeing you in person.... A good doctor can help you figure out what's going on and help you get things squared away. Hope you'll call one soon so you will be doing better soon!

That sounds a lot like hyperthyroidism. Talk to your general practitioner, and get some bloodwork done. :) Keep us posted!
if ur 5'8 and only 108lbs it sounds like ur under weight, im 5'6 small frame, when i was in high school i was 115 and super skinny , up until 2 yrs ago i was 120lbs and still pretty slender, even at 130lbs now ppl still consider me slender, i can only imagin 108lbs on 5'8 slender frame, either ur not eating enough or u have a serious condition, deff get to a doctor!
im not anorexic ll
I EAT!! lol alot XD
and its not like the symptoms bother me or anything, im not freaked out about it, they are just there

Hyperthyroidism is a condition caused by the effects of too much thyroid hormone on tissues of the body. Although there are several different causes of hyperthyroidism, most of the symptoms that patients experience are the same regardless of the cause (see the list of symptoms below). Because the body's metabolism is increased, patients often feel hotter than those around them and can slowly lose weight even though they may be eating more. The weight issue is confusing sometimes since some patients actually gain weight because of an increase in their appetite. Patients with hyperthyroidism usually experience fatigue at the end of the day, but have trouble sleeping. Trembling of the hands and a hard or irregular heartbeat (called palpitations) may develop. These individuals may become irritable and easily upset. When hyperthyroidism is severe, patients can suffer shortness of breath, chest pain, and muscle weakness. Usually the symptoms of hyperthyroidism are so gradual in their onset that patients don't realize the symptoms until they become more severe. This means the symptoms may continue for weeks or months before patients fully realize that they are sick. In older people, some or all of the typical symptoms of hyperthyroidism may be absent, and the patient may just lose weight or become depressed.
I can think of half a dozen things that could cause those symptoms. Hypoglycemia and diabetes are two that come to mind, and starvation is another.
You need to stop making excuses and see a doctor. You may be risking long term, permanent health problems that you could avoid by seeking early treatment.
edited 11:24 am to add - you are old enough to call the doctor and make an appointment for yourself. Your family doctor should have all your insurance information on file already. There's nothing stopping you.
