I've had Let Me by Pleasure P stuck in my head for the last 4 days. But currently it's Living on a Prayer (only the chorus part) thanks to college football and the marching band. lol

Last week we had no radio at work.  I started singing theme songs and got Charles in Charge stuck in both my and my co-workers head.  She hates me now.

You don't happen to go to Michigan do you?  Although I'm sure EVERY marching band plays Living on a Prayer also.

Sigh.  This is going to date me, also it's really annoying and I have to blame Garrison Keilllor who complained about having this same song stuck in his head, and then it got stuck in mine, I should have never read that piece.

@Zappa references: A while back I had Catholic Girls (with their tiny little moustache!) going through my head for about a week. Had to dig out Joe's Garage and listen to it fully before it finally went away. Even M.Manson can't smite Zappa bugs.

"Barbie Girl".  I don't even know who it's by... I saw a commercial that had a very similar tune and it reminded me of a particular episode of Family Guy so now I have a tune AND and image stuck...

"I Just Want to Be Your Everything" by Andy Gibb--the local radio station plays the old Casey Casem's Weekly Top 40 programs from the 70s every Sunday, and tonight it was 1977 (good year!)
