Light fat free yogurt. 100 calories. I just found some sweetened with Splenda I'm going to switch to.

I usually eat a whole apple for my before dinner snack.

Cereal

pink lady apple with almond butter or

banana or

raw cashews or almonds or

nothing. 

A whole-grain organic pita half stuffed with turkey breast, organic cheddar cheese, and romaine lettuce. I also have a Naked Juice 100% Fruit Smoothie.

Usually a Fuji Apple, there is no other kind. Sometimes with PB if my lunch was small.

 

Might have a South Beach Nut melody bar or something along those lines as well.

Either an apple with half a tbsp of PB or a banana and some cashews. Not always the same thing though, I sometimes have carrots too with an ounce of cheese for example.
Wow, I'm, like, the only one who hasn't said a fruit or vegetable.  You all's healthiness makes me feel guilty ;D
 Can't go wrong with a banana.

regarding my after lunch before dinner snack?  I have a home-made no-fat yogurt (60 calories) and drink lots of water!

A crisp, juicy apple, sliced, (72 calories) drizzled with zero-calorie Walden Farms caramel dip

(or)

9 sugarfree brownie bites cookies (95 calories) plus one cup of unsweetened vanilla almond breeze (40 calories) = total 134 calories.

10 Laughing Cow Light Gourmet Cheese Bites (70 calories) plus 10 Quaker Quakes Mini Rice Cakes (70 calories ) = total 140 calories

one toasted Thomas' light multigrain english muffin (100 calories) with 2 tablespoons of spinach hummus (32 calories ) = total 132 calories

one peeled, diced cucumber (24 calories), with one cup of cherry tomatoes, halved (31) calories, plus one cup of sliced radishes (19 calories) = 74 calories (plus some zero calorie Walden Farms Balsamic Vinaigrette)

one cup of fresh raspberries (64 calories) and 2 TBS light whipped topping (30 calories) = total 94 calories

one whole can of Progesso light vegetable soups, with extra hot sauce added (120 calories)

one cup puffed millet cereal (60 calories) plus 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond breeze (20 calories) = total 80 calories

fruit salad, mmm. (:
cottage cheese mixed with diced apple (an ENTIRE apple), raisins, and lots of cinnamon.
1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1/4 cup pumpkin, 2 splendas and 1/4 cup go lean crunch....water, green tea,
sugar free ice cream sandwich, store brand, 120 cals  or
flat out tortilla, 1 T better n  peanut butter and 1/2 a frozen banana  200cals
Tomatoes, always!! I love them :)
I find the 100 calorie snack packs of popcorn are pretty good (kettlecorn for a little sweet, butter for other times)
