75 to 80 lbs, from 275 or so, to 196 or so, between November 2005 and September 2006.  I lost it a bit too fast and gained some back, but now I'm almost down to 195 again...

I've lost 103 pounds since June 1st. Never tried before and hopefully I stay around my current weight and just keep it off and get in better shape.

Why do you ask?

Hm.  Never counted.  I did lose 40 pounds in three months, and then 35 pounds in three months another time.  First time I wasn't trying, second time I was/am.

50 or so. I went from 250 to 200 really easily. Going from 200 to my 185 now has taken over a year...and I still want 35 more off.

I lost ~40 lbs in 3 or 4 months.

(I also put some of it back on very quickly b/c I lost in an unhealthy way.)

20 lbs. Looking to triple that this time :)
Starting January 1st of this year until now: 91 lbs (11 mo., 5 days)
Since last November 2006 (today is Dec. 4, 2007)I lost 25 in 5 months using the YOU diet and exercising then gained 11 pounds during the summer months.  I am back down 10 of the pounds and one pound from goal (again).  So I guess you can say I lost 35 in the last year.
I've lost almost 60lbs in the past 6 months, Down to 260lbs from 319lbs.
130 lbs since this june
15 lbs, but that's all I had to lose.
45lbs since Feb07.
In January 2007 I weighed 220lbs. By May I weighed 180, but by the end of the year my weight was back up. Im now about 207 on my way down for good!
30 pounds with no activity - on bed rest a good part of the time.  It's a long, slow road for me, but I feel better and I am losing.
96lbs since jan 1st...want to lose 25 more!

45 lbs since Jan 07. stated very slowly, first with slowly cutting my portions then cutting out the junk food and adding whole foods.

My exercising was also stated very slowly.

5 min of cardio now 40 to 50 min

weight lifting (bodybuilding) 1 set 5 lbs

This Saturday i will be stating a two weeks of Giant sets.

thats 4 sets straight no rest 4 different exercise. Pushing the pounds hard.

I've lost 12 pound in 11 months; but I'm very slow loser.  I'm still happy with the weight loss though.
I started at 210 lbs in january 2007 and I'm now at 163 lbs.
79 pounds in 4 months and 1 week.

Went from 406 (July 30 weigh in) to 327 (Dec 4)

Watching what I eat and excercise. That's it.

That's my best ever and counting...
