I've finally gotten myself below my first goal-- to get below the 200 mark!

Congrats Violet!!
I just started a few weeks ago, so I'm concentrating on getting the right nutrition (step one) changing my sedentary life (step two) then loosing weight (step three).
I've been eating healthier since I started and I go for a 2 mile walk each day... so I'm working on my step one and two..
I'm happy that your progessing in your goals! Don't forget to reward youself!! (think new shoes!)

Im 32 lbs down at the moment! my starting weight was 165 and Im at 133 and I'm shooting for 118. Im working out everyday training for a half marathon and just trying to keep motivated! :)

i started at 150 and i'm 2 pounds from my first goal of 127. 21 lbs down feels really good! my next goal is 120 lbs by july 1st.

I started here on December 26th at 199.5, and am down 32.5 pounds, down 2 dress sizes, and I have a figure again! Yea!

I started at 216 in March and I am now 199!!!! 17 pounds down. I too have made it down past that 200 mark! I dont know about you but I jumped up and down and squeeled like a pig I was so excited to see the 1 and not the 2!
I started Feb. 8th, 2007 at a sad 318, I'm down to 291.8 ...26lbs lost. in just under 3 months
I started at 238 and weighed in at 208 this morning. Eeek!

In the last three weeks, I've lost 5 lbs. I'm at 135 right now. I weigh in on Wednesday for week 3 progress.

started in at 294.4, lost 105.4lbs since July 06, and I have 49 more pounds to go! Gosh just get me throughhhh this :o)

I started on April 2 at 174 lbs. I am currently down to 166 lbs...8 lb. loss, I can't wait to reach the 10 lb. point! I have another 30 or so pounds to go...
I find to make it easier is splitting it up into 3 goals of 10 lbs. each...this way I am closer to my goals and it doesn't feel so far away! It's great!

Started CC at 224 and am now 189--it's great to see the 1 instead of the 2!
I started Jan. 8, 2007 at a very unhealthy 320. Today I'm proud to say I'm down to 264. (56lbs. lost) I've not rewarded myself yet but I'm planning my reward. I'm taking myself out west for a vacation this August. :)

Ive lost 45 lbs since december 14 2006. Now down to 165 =) My next goal is to get down to 140 by my birthday in august.

I started this diet on April 3, 2007. I am trying to get off some serious pregnancy weight! I started at 156 and I am 5'6". I have lost a total of 9 lbs. I lost 6 the first week and 2 the next. Last week I onlly lost 1, but I was shocked bc I totally binged last weekend. I want to get down to a healthy 135 lbs. I look sickly if I go below 130...my total goal is 21 lbs...only 12 more to go!

I began this in January. I passed my first 2 goals (below 200, and then below 190) and have been struggling with my 3rd (below 180) for nearly 2 months now! I am stuck in the upper 180's (typically around 187-188) but, once I start losing again, hopefully, I will continue on for a while!

I am right there with you and passed my goal of below 200 several weeks ago and am currently at 193. Isn't it a wonderful feeling?
