What's the shelf life of quinoa?

I got a HUGE bag of quinoa at the store recently. 

Anyone know how long that will last in my cupboard?

As long as it stays dry, it should last damn near forever -- just gotta keep bugs and moisture away from it

I store mine in the fridge. Or, you may want to actually keep part of it in the freezer if it is a large amount. The will help ensure no infestation and decrease mold spore growth.
