Personally, I have a HUGE sweet tooth. Take away chips and fried foods and I'll be fine (I haven't eaten fried food in as long as I can remember), but if I had to go a week without chocolate I'd be in deprivation mode.

So when I'm craving I eat a handful of semi sweet chocolate chips to satisfy my raging sweet tooth. It's only 140 calories, but oh so worth it.

I'm curious to hear what other people do. How do you satisfy your sweet tooth?

Same here! I don't need chips but I neeed chocolate. Luckily I can eat some form of chocolate almost every day!

-TLC Dark Cherry Chocolate (granola bar-- 120 calories, it has granola and cranberries in it with milk chocolate chips on top!)

-Carnation nutrition drink (its a breakfast/protein powder that you mix with milk, 60 calories, for a total of 130 calories with skim milk. VERY chocolate-y)

-Luna bar...the absolute best are Chocolate Peppermint Stick and Chocolate Raspberry. 180 calories each.

sugar free jello puddings!  i love the double chocolate, but lots of the flavors are good - only 60 calories

also, i eat these little s'mores bars from target every night for a sweet fix/to get me closer to the goal amount of calories.  they're 70 cals each, but even better are the fiberone chocolate granola bars for 140 cals.

dark chocolate is always good, as is diet hot chocolate (if you don't necessarily need to chew!)

Sweentened Plain Yogurt with friut
Kosy shack rice pudding (individual containers -130cal)
flavoured instant oatmeal (approx 180 cal)
1/2 to 3/4 cup of cereal (like shreddies or honey nut cheerios) with a bit of milk

Vanilla soy milk or fruit salad

I too have a wicked sweet tooth.

I ususally have a small square of realllllly good dark chocolate - currently I love Green & Black Maya Gold, but Dove, Lindt, Ghiradelli, and Valrhona are excellent too.  I just let it melt in my mouth so it can be savored....mmmmmm

And Vitatop muffins are a favorite of mine - the new triple chocolate chunk variety are wonderful, and only 100 cals.

Smart One's Key Lime Pie (190 cal)

Slim Bear Ice Cream Sandwiches (100 cal)

Reese's Snacksters (90 cal)

Sugar Free Pudding (60 cal)

Sugar Free Fat Free Fudgsicles

Oh yeah, the list keeps going

Mini Warm Delights (150 cal - I think) are my personal favorites. the warm delights taste just like a mini molten chocolate cake from Chili's ....MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

I just had a nice soft tootsie roll - very sweet and 110 calories per serving (1/2 of 2.25 oz. roll)

A glass of Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Chocolate Almond Milk (45 calories)

a piece of fruit

a mint

I definately love Fiber one oats and caramel bars, oh my god they are so good! I got all my friends ADDICTED! About 140 calories an it fills you up from all the fiber.

I also like Sugar free pudding with lite whip cream on top. Laughing

depends on what you're craving. usually i dont crave sweets because i eat an apple first thing. i like vanilla soy yogurt and endangered species dark chocolate. they have small bars that are 66 calories for a huge square, and infused with blueberry, cherry, or orange. so delicious.

The new(or new to me) hostess mini low calorie cupcakes. YUMM

They are mini, and I do mean mini cupcakes. You get to eat three and its only 100 calories! They are so cute! They are like tiny miniatures of the full size cup cakes.

Kraft Handi Pack (not always easy to find - always seems to be Hunts Snack Pack) SF butterscotch pudding - 40cal.

Also Popsicle brand SF Fudgesicles also 40 cal.
Pineapple and mango slices with chopped nuts. ^^ Or a homemade carrot cake muffin (thanks FatFreeVegan.com!).

I sweeten Black Flavored Coffee with Stevia or I chew orbit gum!

I like to have a Dove Dark Chocolate Miniature sometimes dipped in Peanutbutter...MMMMMMMM

fat free sugar free fudge bars

any kind of berries with melted  chocolate

Whips chocolate yogurt

chocolate graham crackers

sugar free cheese cake pudding

Peanut butter anything or chocolate anything.  I can go without chips and salty snacks but not the sweet stuff!

Like someone else had said, a square of really fine dark chocolate. My faves include Scharffenberger's mocha or nibs, Lindt's Peru or Ecuador bars, or if I'm lucky, DeVries Dominican 80%..!

And one square is generally enough. About 50 cal, 3g of fat, .75 prot, 8 carbs. I like to eat with raw almonds, and get that nice crunch :)

klondike slim-a-bear icecream sandwiches. only 100 calories! and they come in vanilla or chocolate

mmmmm yummy
