Here in San Antonio, Texas we are having a freak ice storm. I can ice skate on my driveway the ice is so thick. My car is literally an ice cube, it is encased in about an inch of ice, the whole thing!!!! Everything in the city is basically shut down. It's really funny because when i take my dogs out to go potty they slide all over the ice covering the grass. That means no college today!!!

Well here in Sunny California it is cold (ok for us its cold).  This morning driving to work the outside temp read 37 degrees.  See that is cold no matter where you are.   I drove past a golf course  taking Jenney to school and I commented to her how the grass on the course is all frozen.  The course looks awful, all white and dead.
Here in Chicago, our high is 26. It's a blazing 20 now, with a windchill that makes it feel like it's 11. at my house we have about 3 inches of snow, and it's not going anywhere for a while because we won't see temperatures even flirt with anything above freezing for a while, it seems.
I wish it would snow, they want it to snow because all the ice is weighing down the power lines. No power in 25 degree weather, does not sound like fun.
It finally feels like January in Pennsylvania.  It's sunny and cold today, the way it's supposed to be this time of year.  I thought we were going to go straight from December into spring!
I'm in the Portland (OR) Metro area.  We are starting to 'recover' from a 'big' snow storm. Hehe.  We got 3 inches of snow yesterday morning, right before the morning commute, which pretty much derailed the city.  Apparently lots of people here really don't deal with driving in snow well.  Check this video out, from KGW.com.  So far this morning, it's about 30-31deg, on the way to a high of 35ish.  I kinda hope it doesnt warm up too much, cause the snow is pretty!
Im in Houston, we had a little ice more north of town, but nothing really to worry about...more icy stuff near college station/brenham and over that way

i wanted an ice day (like in SA, i WANT ice covered cars) but no, here i am at work (during lunch)...at least i got a few hours off this morning....

Here in Colijnsplaat  (The Netherlands) it is raining and yukky. It has been dull, wet and cold for weeks. I say cold but the temp isnt really that low. No frost as yet and spring bulbs are coming up and even blooming here and there. Not good, its much too early and a frost could wreck the beauty of spring blooms. It feels much colder than it is and Im tired of it. Bring on May...please.
Unusual weather here in the Mekong Delta, in the south of Vietnam: it is the dry season, but it rained quite heavily yesterday afternoon. However, it is warm as usual, about 28 Celsius right now, at 05:00 in the morning.
its depressing. its been too warm since november and we jsut got our first snow storm . it was -35 with the wind chill today. its about time. heres hoping for another snow storm.
Hey Baker, I'm in SA too!  I have been avoiding going outside as much as possible, although I did have to go outside with a kettle of hot water and a spatula so my husband could go to work.  I see you are also a college student.  Good to see you on C-C! :D
Just outside of Canberra it is overcast and muggy, with 33C expected.
Hey Sqwish are you enjoying your break from school?? I am going to SAC and today was supposed to be my first day but it's closed!!! I just wish it would snow instead of just ice and ice and more ice.
hehe i'm in florida, so hot and muggy and theres a DANG mosquito who's flyin around me as i type this and i keep trying to smack him with my shoe,b ut now my shoe is off and flesh is bare and my right foot now has three bites on it. WHY OH WHY DO MOSQUITOS THINK I'M TASTY?????????????????????
Yeah, ice isn't much fun, except for the school closing of course.  I was supposed to start on Tuesday, so I've had two days off already (I go to UTSA, BTW).  Virtual snowball!  *toss*
Its been cold at night but today when I walked after work it was fine with just my sweater and no coat.  Yesterday I had to wear my coat - it was very windy so wind chill factor!!

It snowed in Sedona and Jerome and Flagstaff this weekend so the mountains around me are tipped in white.
It was -35'C (with windchill) today! brrrrr! Thats -31'F... my eyelashes froze on the way to school.. lol.

ow! *gets hit by virtual snowball, repacks it, whips it blindly at next person*
I miss AZ. I use to see the snow on top of the mountains  out side my kitchen window clear into  the summer. It's in  the teens tonight here. Haven't had any snow this winter really strange. Possible furries Friday.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN SOO COLD!

This is terrible!
here in manchester england it is gale force winds its terrible so hard to push the buggy around it feels like its gonna take off. maby i will lose a few extra pounds fighting agaist the wind. lol
I'm in Northern California but apparantly yesterday in MALIBU- it SNOWED!!! It was supposed to melt by today though. I only saw snow on top of Mt. Diablo- a news crew flying overhead saw 2 coyotes playing and rolling in the snow. It was kind of cool.  We are getting over a "cold snap" of 20 degrees for the past few days (at night) with ice and frost in the mornings and into the 50's during the day but this weekend is supposed to be 64 during the day- I can't wait to go sit in the sun :).
