and why?

probably Rocky Balboa.  it was just pathetic.  although T3 was embarrassing, too.
my favorite bad movie of all time has got to be "Roadhouse" - cheesy perfection.

Aeon Flux. It was a poor attempt to make a cool movie based on a cartoon and *thankfully* it only lasted an hour and a half.

Oh, there are so many, but the only one where I have walked out of theater mid-way through the movie after paying $18 (me and DH) to see it was Hostel.  The first part was basically soft porn, and after that was just gratuitous violence.

Oh, yeah, and I rented this one, but Premonition was awful beyond words.  I was actually angry when I got done with it that I had given up $4 and 2 hours of my life to watch that BS.

Star Wars Episode I.

Savanah Smiles (walked out of, but only paid $2 to get in)

Space Balls

Epic Movie (gave up my money and walked out)

The Happening

Thr3e -- It was based off of a book I LOVED, but I think it was produced by the author who at the time didn't have enough money to make it all fancy and cool.  It was so bad I laughed..through the whole thing (and it's supposed to be a suspense one =P)

The actors and actresses were SO over the top and dramatic..it's insane.  Of course, I bought it the first day it came out thinking it would be awesome..but hey, live and learn =P

And I'm sure I'm going to get a ton of crap for this one..but I hated Pirates of the Caribbean 2...I was SO bored with it that while my family watched it (we saw it in a theater) I went and walked around the outside of the theater.  I couldn't make myself sit there while it was on.

Moulin Rouge.  It's the only video that I've rented without watching the whole thing.  I know that alot of people loved that movie and it got great reviews, but I just couldn't get into it.

A Girl with a Pearl Earring

Real Women Have Curves

Meet the Spartans

The Lake House

I've seen lots of terrible movies, but I think the only one I walked out of the theater on was Battlefield Earth.  HORRIBLE.
Pretty much anything that's a sequel.  I've rarely seen a good sequel.  It's like they're just playing off the fame of the first movie and throwing some **** together to make money.

Like, a perfect example, The Princess Diaries.  The first movie was pretty good and in a teenager's imagination, totally plausible.  Then they get to the second one where she's in this little fictional town and has to ride side-saddle on a horse, uses a fake leg, it falls off, people act like it's the end of the world.  I don't even remember anything about that movie other than that horse scene and her going in her closet to find a bunch of fashionable crap.

Or The Ring and The Ring 2.  The Ring was good.  The Ring 2 seemed like they were trying so hard to make everything spooky.  Whooo, the kid gets possessed by the girl, the lady tells the girl to eff off, the girl gives the boy the flu and vanishes.

Satan's Cheerleaders

Dracula's Dog

Ishtar

Oh yeah, and let's not forget HAPPY FEET.  I was so excited to see this movie.  I walked out when he went back to attack the ship or whatever.  It was too long, too dragged out, too annoying.  It's a movie for little kids and it's all about sex and physical deformity?  So the dad dropped the egg and didn't get in trouble or pony up to it.  That right there teaches me child abuse is dandy if nobody knows.  And the penguins all running around singing, "Let's talk about X"?  Holy drug usage, no wonder they're all so happy and lovey-dovey.  Not that saying "sex" instead of "x" would've been much better.

And the girl who turns her back on the Happy Feet penguin because it's ugly and deformed.  HAI!  TEACH ME TO BE A SHALLOW WHORE.  KTHX.

I'm sure had I watched the end of the movie it would've touched on at least the physically judging of the penguin but would it have taught us much more about sex?  If yes, no thanks.
Seven- that movie should never have been made.  It was horrible.

Vanilla Sky

 I loved that one!

Hated - Lost in Translation

Walked out of - Epic Movie

Freedomland- this movie had the worst ending in the entire world ( i went to see it w/ my friends and at the end my one friend burst out laughing-completely silent theater- because it was so pathetic)

The Unforgiven with Clint Eastwood.  That movie was so unremittingly grim, violent, and depressing.  I HATED IT.

Oh, and does anyone remember the horrible version of The Scarlet Letter with Demi Moore?  A bunch of us Lit grad students rented it for sh*** and giggles, and it was so horrible we turned it off after like 10 minutes.

Little Man. Supposed to be funny but all it was was guys getting kicked in the nuts. Sorry, I guess this girl that laughs at almost anything doesn't get a kick out of grade-school humor.

Every movie made during the last 40 years. Every movie to use "cute" kids.

Needless to say I don't watch movies anymore. So bitter, so young...
