what's the worst movie you've ever seen?
i havent seen it, but BF saw an ad for a movie called 'teeth' about a girl who realises her (down below) has TEETH and errrmm... bites people who.. wanna.. do.. stuff...
WTF?!?!
Million Dollar Baby
I know it was supposed to be all about a woman finally realising her dream but I just thought;
woman works so hard then dies doing it so why bother because even the good things end badly I may as well go and jump off a cliff now.
Same attitude with the cube - s**t.
OH walked out of the Spartans but I thought the trailers were bad enough and never went.
Hot Fuzz - WTF was that about?

I must be an idiot, because I didn't apreciate Bill Murray moping around in Japan to whine, discover Scarlett Johansson (who I don't consider attractive), do a crappy commercial, and if I remember right perform some drunk karaoke.
I also don't find her attractive! She's too plain for 'hotness' by my standards. She was good in Ghost World, when she was a normal actress, but after Lost in Translation she became 'Woody Allen's muse' and does all those 'deep meaning' movies. There are plenty of more beautiful actresses around (Charlize Theron, Liz Hurley, or Nicole Kidman in her 'normal weight/red hair' phase, just to name a few).
I didn't find Lost in Translation that bad, it was entertaining in a way, but I personally don't like artsy-fartsy movies. Gimme action movies and comedy any day. Even crappy teen films are higher in my list than 'artistic' movies.
I'm loving this thread!

IRON MAN. ugh. only idiots could like that.
I'm an official idiot now, yayyyy! ![]()
The only movie i walked out on was French - in English the title was ""Blame It on Voltaire". Supposed to be "ambitious" and "sophisticated", but... blah.
"Fantastic Four" was pretty bad, though normally I dig sf & fantasy movies.
Edit: oh, and "Lady in the Water".
Loving the posts dissing Lost In Translation. Not enough explosions or humor you don't have to think about, I guess.
Caddyshack II was the biggest disappointment of my life. I'm sure there are worse films, but due to my impeccable taste and instincts, I'm generally good at avoiding them.

I resent that. I don't consider myself an idiot at all. I'm sorry you didn't like it -- doesn't make you an idiot for not liking it.
These threads go much better when you only attack a movie -- not the people who enjoyed or disliked it.
A Walk in the Clouds
Why? - Keanue Reeves... ugh.
Soul Survivors was horrendous. I'm not allowed to choose movies at the video store anymore because of this one.
I also hated: Moulin Rouge, Red Planet, Shallow Hal, School of Rock, Nacho Libre (Ok, I just hate Jack Black), Frailty.
I'll conside coming back and adding more if I can remember the rest. haha
How can you hate se7en??!?! That movie was fantastic!
Every film Keanu Reeves is in is absolutely awful. He's a horrendous actor... no talent. I think Scarlet Johansen sucks too... not cute, not talented.
rebepi--I liked Shallow Hal! (although I always mix up the title and call it Hallow Shal....)
In my opinion, the worst movie ever is The Fast and the Furious 2. This movie made me HATE Paul Walker with all of my soul and being! You can play a drinking game with this movie---every time Paul Walker says "bro" you take a drink. (you end up taking lots of drinks)

Seven- that movie should never have been made. It was horrible.
This is my #1 favorite movie of all time.
Shogun. I was forced to watch it as a kid. I would rather cut the grass with sissors. Another is Quest for Fire-no talking, only grunting.
SOMEONE HATED FRAILTY!!! NO!!! I love that movie...
thought of a few more:
hackers; Jack Frost; Catwoman; Daredevil; Vacancy;
all equally horrible!

hackers;
I actually kind of liked hackers just for the audacious inaccuracies contained within.
The way they portay the 'hacking' interfaces as these crazy 3D swirly graphic-laden GUIs is hilarious. Also, I've never encountered anyone who knew anything about hacking who didn't lurk in a basement and chain smoke at least two packs of cigarettes per day.
LOL- I can't even believe someone thought that was a good concept for a movie!
Artificial intelligence - here is the IMDB synopsis of it: In the not-so-far future the polar ice caps have melted and the resulting raise of the ocean waters has drowned all the coastal cities of the world. Withdrawn to the interior of the continents, the human race keeps advancing, reaching to the point of creating realistic robots (called mechas) to serve him. One of the mecha-producing companies builds David, an artificial kid which is the first to have real feelings, especially a never-ending love for his "mother", Monica. Monica is the woman who adopted him as a substitute for her real son, who remains in cryo-stasis, stricken by an incurable disease. David is living happily with Monica and her husband, but when their real son returns home after a cure is discovered, his life changes dramatically. A futuristic adaptation of the tale of Pinocchio, with David being the "fake" boy who desperately wants to become "real".
someone with artificial intelligence must have written this dribble...
A close runner up would have to be Sexy Beast... I have the tag line stuck in my head to this day cause I fell asleep on it and it replays again and again on the DVD until you eject it... *HOT...BOILING...SWELTERING*
UGH!!!
i am legend (i hate movies that have pets dying)
village of the damned (i have no words)
spiderman 3 (especially when he comes out of the clothing shop dancing)
poltergeist 3 (1 and 2 were good; of course 1 was the best, 2 being OK minus the giant tequila worm)
