what's the worst movie you've ever seen?
Oh, and anything Paris Hilton attempted to make... she's a terrible actress. Though I haven't seen 'Night in Paris' so maybe I'm judging too soon ![]()

i am legend (i hate movies that have pets dying)
spiderman 3 (especially when he comes out of the clothing shop dancing)
Agreed and agreed. The dog dying scene was so heartbreaking. And in Spiderman, that 'emo/bad boy' phase was just uncalled for. The best parts were when Venom showed up, and even then we didn't see him but saw not-so-good-looking Topher Grace's face. What a waste of a perfectly good idea for a movie.
I think another Marvel Comics flop was The Hulk - the one with Eric Bana. Just really hope the new one is better.

LOL! I've seen parts of it :p
It's not that good hahahaha.
Ohh, I totally forgot about Spiderman! I only watched the first 2 and it was hard to decide which one was more atrocious, but I'd say it has to be the 2nd one. I think we did get up and walk out of that one, but it's been a while so I don't remember.
The descent although a good film had a terrible ending, the worst film has got to be by far Superhero movie (in the cinema's now) script was terrible, actors not too bad but the script was so poor and the humor was childish, Epic movie 2 (meet the spartans) was the worst film i ever saw I laughed once at the britney spears bit otherwise I could have slept through it. Another bad one was Borat, it just made me angry cause of the way he acted. oh and Lord of the rings was so boring but I could have known that from the books
I don't dislike many movies, but Spiderman (the first one) got my goat. I was all enjoying it and then BAM, SAPPY LOVE MONOLOGUE FOR THE LOSE. Literally one scene ruined the entire movie for me.
Now, whoever mentioned Hot Fuzz just doesn't have the right sense of humor for it. I absolutely loved that movie (and Shawn of the Dead). <3

I actually kind of liked hackers just for the audacious inaccuracies contained within.
The way they portay the 'hacking' interfaces as these crazy 3D swirly graphic-laden GUIs is hilarious. Also, I've never encountered anyone who knew anything about hacking who didn't lurk in a basement and chain smoke at least two packs of cigarettes per day.
I loved that movie, inaccuracies and all, mainly for the music montages. I used to watch it all the time in college (CS major). My roommate once asked me if that's what it's really like? I said, "You know how I'm always in front of my computer and you see the little words just sitting on the screen? That's what it's like." He was genuinely disappointed that I didn't have algorithms and equations floating around. Hell, I wouldn't know what to do if an equations floated across the screen at me.
Meet the Spartans...the only funny parts were the ones showed on commercials :-(

Agelades, i really think you will enjoy the one that is out now...it keeps u engaged the whole way through

i so agree
it was a bit disturbing in some places, like the kissing men thing was that supposed to be funny?
I think it was called Joe Vs the Volcano. Starred Tom Hanks. We left before it ended it was so bad.

The Descent was crazy. I watched an interview with the writer/director of the film and he hinted that the whole "creepy underground creatures" thing was something the main character's dissillusioned head came up with. She was the one murdering all of the other girls. The creatures was like a "cover-up" story her mind had created. At other parts in the film, you see how messed up mentally the girl is, for instance when she is running through a dark hallway towards a light and you realize shes running through a well-lit hospital hallway. Also, she killed her friend at the end because she found the necklace... the girl had been having an affair with her husband before his death at the beginning of the movie.
now that I'm thinking about it; was Pirahnna 2- the first piranna moive was kinda gross and scary; but I think in the second they actually FLEW out of the pool.
And - the new Poseidon adventure wasn't so great either. leave all good stuff alone! OH! and the Captain Ron moive was dumber then anything else!!!!

OMG! I'm so glad you mentioned this movie. Not because I hate it. I thought it was mildly entertaining. But, I was just asking DH the other day "What was the movie where the couple buys four huge, ridiculous, expensive trunks for luggage and they end up lashing them together at the end to make a raft?"
That was the movie, I think.
Crash...not the recent one, the 1990-something version about people who are aroused by auto accidents....still trying to get the horrible stain of that one off my memory...

Well, now I need to put this on my Netflix queue. The first time I saw it I thought it was total crap mainly because I was unable to suspend my disbelief that the creepy underground creatures were so worthless at hunting underground that they couldn't feel the heat from a torch held like inches away from them.
Oh, I was supposed to say why. No plot, bad directing, no plot, completely unsympathetic characters, no plot...
Cloverfield - hate to say it but it was rubbish.
The charchters were annoying & can't say I cared if they survived. Couldn't make out bugger all of what was going on. Some of the FX were great but when the it ended I just felt like the whole thing was a waste of time, I was none the wiser to what the monster was & had a headache from the jerky filming. Most dissapointing.

I know! This movie became such a hype and to be honest, the only reason I watched it was to see what the 'Cloverfield monster' actually was.
I was disappointed.
The Happening. Utter drivel crap. No point, no plot, no conclusion, not even a twist! Just rubbish. I want 90 minutes of my life back.
