 Melkor I did 9 miles lastnight and got up this morning and ran 7 because when I get home from work tonight I will be going to bed. We are leaving at midnight tonight.

 Nah, but I'm personally of the opinion that cardio makes Baby Jesus cry and though I can talk in generalities and help find information it's hard to advise people on how to really train for specific performance goals when they're looking for running help ;)
