Whipped cream replacement
| 1/2 | cup dry instant nonfat milk |
| 1/2 | cup water |
| 2 | tbsp sugar |
| 1/2 | tsp Vanilla Extract |
- Mix dry milk and water and beat on high with a hand blender for 4 minutes until peaks are soft.
- Add Vanilla Extract beat for another 7 minutes at the same speed.
- Add sugar beat beat for another minute, same speed.
- Makes a bit more then a quart so about a half cup per severing.
