whispering?

anyone out there wanna give my scale a good talking to.. maybe yelling instead of whispering.. i'm weighing in tomorrow and i've been on a plateau.. so i need some help with this!  :)  i'm whispering now so hopefully with me and you all out there it'll move.. but i had ham today.. so it probably won't..  darn water retention

I had Hot Cross Buns, and now I am cross at my buns. I also washed it down with a cappuccino.

I weigh every day and I now know that I shouldn't eat carbs at night.

Had a talk with my scale, convinced it to get on the phone. 
Hopeflly the number it found for your scale was the right one...
otherwise it just left a REALLY insulting message for someone else's
scale.  So if you're stll stuck when you weigh in and someone
else's scale moves, I guess that was our wrong number.

*threatens it a little bit*
