| 5 | garlic cloves |
| 1 | onion |
| 1 | tbsp olive oil |
| 10 | cups cannellini beans |
| 2 | cans chicken broth |
| 4 | cups chopped canned tomatoes |
| 15 | ounces turkey sausages |
| 1/2 | cup tomato paste |
| 1/2 | cup parmesan cheese |
Brown garlic and onion in oil. Add all other ingredients except parmesan cheese and simmer 20 minutes. Top with parmesan in bowls.
