White Bean Tuna Salad Recipe

Makes 4 servings


Very good tuna salad served over lettuce.

Ingredients
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
15 ounce white kidney beans
6 ounce tuna
3/4 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
Directions
  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl

  2. Wish in the olive oil

  3. In a large bowl, combine the beans, tuna, olives, and onion

  4. Add dressing to tuna and chill until served.
