Hi everyone. I'm planning to cook pork chops with a mushroom sauce tonight but I need white whine for the sauce and I don't have any. What can I use instead? Rice vinegar maybe?

Thank you!

You can substitute stock or broth, or even water, and increase the other seasoning.  A squeeze of lemon or a few drops of vinegar would increase the flavor too.

A combination of apple juice, onions and Dijon mustard works well with pork cuts.
