Whoa...how'd Rihanna do it???
rihanna is in AMAZING shape now...does anybody know how she did it? any special exercises, foods, etc? i think she looks really healthy and toned- she's officially my role model now :)
Who is rihanna?
yeah, who is that? I am not that impressed by the unknown role model...
ella....ella...ella...ella...ella, singer who sings Unbrella song.
I was always under impression she was thin.
I like the shut up and drive song better. (Totally off topic)
She probably got her body from any other leading singer out there: Personal trainers, rigid diets, and plenty of exercise. If we were all that famous, heck, I think we'd all look that way or pretty darn close.
(also off-topic, people say my eyes resemble hers. lol)
According to
this article, by having lemon water and pineapple for breakfast, soup at lunch, snacking on egg whites and chicken for dinner in combination with strength work and treadmill runs with her personal trainer three times a week. I'd be
so bored eating what this article claims she does.
There was a toning routine of hers in Seventeen a few months ago. I've been doing it like 3 times a week since then and I've seen pretty good results [though I also do a lot of cardio]. It was basically just a few ballet/yoga moves.
see that article realtes to my post about the us weekly articel, how can she eat only pineapple, water, soup, a bit of eggadn chicken adn do ALL that excersicing, how can a personal trainer condone that?? what are the side effects of a diet and exericse regimen like that????
that's terrible! i think i would die! i wonder what celebrities like her eat at those functions with all that food .. maybe that's like their only time to eat properly lol
To be fair, a lot of those celebrities also have nutritionalists and doctors monitoring them much more regularly than most people, so they'll catch problems much more quickly than most people. It's healthier than if a normal person were to do it because they (usually) can't afford to have all of the extra tests and trainers. And with proper monitoring, a lot of what doctors normally recommend against is actually safe. So it's hard to look at what celebrities are doing and say whether or not it's healthy for them. The problem with it in my opinion is that they go around talking about what they did like anyone can do it, and most people don't have access they have to the personal trainers and doctors.
well i think unless she said it coming from her mouth on tv its hard to believe anything i remember when i bought my first teeny mag my grandmother said, dont belieave anything you read and only half of what you see. so who knows how she really lost it, but she looks great imo
i think rihanna's gorgeous and i have her "good girl gone bad" album. (defintely out of topic..lol)
She had breast implants recently, and got a better hair and makeup person - that may be a lot of what you're seeing, because yes, she does look fantastic. She has an amazing figure and beautiful legs.
i DO NOT BELIEVE at all that she has had breast implants. rihanna is only 18.
this is reminiscent of britney spears and lindsay lohan where everyone speculated, especially MALE writers, when yound women naturally continue developing into their 20's, not to mention the added boost a young lady of that age may get from Birth Control pills.
does anyone know how much she weighs exactly? i'd be interesting to know since i am the same height as her.
Rhianna did the S.O.S. song, Umbrella, Shut up and Drive and that older song - unfaithfull... (among others.). I didn't know she was ever heavy - All I've ever seen of her is the slender her. I love the video for Umbrella - I know she's had some form of Dance training - you can't just throw on a pair of ballet toe shoes and have at it, you have to have REALLY strong leg, food and ankle muscles to pull that off - that normally comes from years and YEARS of ballet training. I took ballet for a while as a kid and my mom was into toe shoes before she quit ballet as a teen. :)
anyway...

No surprises here. That is pretty much a basic high protein diet with exercise. Aside from the pineapples (sugar) I don't read about bread; refined sugars and flour
