1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. safflower oil
1 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Dumplings

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix well.

  3. Drop into boiling soup, cover simmer on medium low heat for 10 minutes.
