Whole Wheat Dumplings Recipe

Drop these dumplings into any type of soup

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. safflower oil
1 cup skim milk
Directions
  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix well.

  3. Drop into boiling soup, cover simmer on medium low heat for 10 minutes.
