| 2/3 | cup unsweetened applesauce |
| 1/4 | cup Splenda granular |
| 1/4 | cup light brown sugar |
| 1 | egg white |
| 1/2 | teaspoon vanilla extract |
| 1/4 | cup whole wheat flour |
| 1/2 | teaspoon baking soda |
| 1/2 | teaspoon cinnamon |
| 1 1/2 | cups quick oats |
| 1/4 | cup raisins |
- preheat oven to 375F.
- combine applesauce, splenda (or other granular sugar substitute), & brown sugar.
- add egg white, mix, add vanilla extract.
- add dry ingredients (pre-combined).
- add raisins.
- place by the teaspoonful (slightly rounded) on an ungreased cookie sheet, cook for ~8 minutes.
- let sit on pan for 5 minutes before removing to cool completely on plate or wire rack.
