I love all of them...the older personalities...not these new people.

LOVE Giada (FYI she named her daughter Jade...which means Giada in English). Paula Deen, Bobby Flay, Barefoot Contessa...the list goes on.

Would have to be Alton Brown.  That guy's a nut and I like the way he presents stuff.  Very inventive.

I'd be hard pressed to pick a favorite. I like the men more then the women actually. Alton and Guy would be my top picks...if I had to choose. I also really like Bobby Flay.

I LOVE the Food NetworkSealed

I like Giada mostly because of the food she cooks. She gets on my nerves a bit. I can't stand Barefoot Contessa. I think Guy is pretty good as well.

Alton rocks!  If he was about 10 years younger and we were both single, I would be all over him.

I also love Morimoto.  For those who don't know, he was on the original Iron Chef and is now on Iron Chef America.  He is THE best chef ever and he has a fantastic sense of humor.  He's also a great artistic (did anyone see the finale of The Next Iron Chef in which Morimoto drew all of the final dishes??).

Hands down ALTON BROWN!!  I love Good Eats (I am a science behind the scenes freak!) and Feasting on Asphalt (I hope they make another season!)

I would happily see Bobby Flay eviscerated. I can not stand him and wish he would go away.

I don't know if you get him here, but I love Jacques Pepin. On American television, I love Hiroyuki Sakai from Iron Chef and Anthony Bourdain (is he on the food network? I think so?). I am also fond of Emeril and Jamie Oliver and am on the fence about Barefoot Contessa.

One of my greatest friends has the biggest crush on Alton Brown although I find him annoying.

I like Anthony Bordain too but I think he's on the Travel channel. He had an episode recently in Seoul so it was funny to watch since I live here and have been introduced to all the crazy things he ate (i.e. chicken anus and live octopus).

I can't stand Bobby Flay either, p0nda.
I love Paula Deen. She just never fails to make me smile with her cackling & insane butter usage. I love it. I also really love Sandra from Semi-Homemade. She probably makes the most dishes that I would actually eat.
Of the guys, Tyler Florence is probably my favorite. I'm a big Jamie Oliver fan too.

I really don't like 99% of the "new" people. Guy's the newest one that I like. All the new shows & chefs that have popped up lately are just annoying me.

I love the food that the barefoot contessa lady makes but like many others I can't stand her personality, I find it so calm and boring. There's something about her that just gets under my skin. Same with that Healthy Appetite woman and the Semi-homemade woman.

Alton Brown, Emeril, and Guy are really good. I used to love Rachel Ray but now I just find her ditzy and annoying and her really raspy voice is getting on my nerves now.I think Paula Deen's really pretty and funny but I would never make her food.

The only reason I watch the Food Network is for Alton Brown.  Be it on Good Eats or Iron Chef America, I don't give a rats ass about anyone else on there.

I do dislike some of the people on Alton's show, though.  Particularly the chick who plays his sister (I pray that's really not a sibling of his, or anyone of relation), and that annoying little pest, Elton.  That show is so much better without either one of them present.

I love Alton Brown "Good Eats" show.  He would make a great teacher.  The show is informative, as well as educational, and he is just adorable.  He just seems like he would be fun to hang out with.

Giada is great too,  Barefoot Contessa is fun. My hubby can't stand Rachel Ray, and likes to poke fun at Sandra Lee.

I like Rachel Rays recipes, but she can be a bit annoying, and what is up with some of the clothes she wears?  She sometimes picks clothes that are so unappealing for her body type.  My mom says she should go on that show "what not to wear".

Ok, gotta stop, I feel bad, because I feel like I am starting to gossip.

Peace to all, take care :+)

I really enjoy just watching Sandra Lee (Semi-Homemade). She always dresses to match her kitchen/table setting. Smile Most of her food is pretty decent and really easy to make with all the shortcuts she uses.

I also love Paula Deen. I love all her naughty dessert recipes. I also love her super bubbly bright personality. Smile "Come right back ya'll!" Hehe.

Rachel Ray's voice annoys me. And I hate how she tucks in her shirts. Yell

In college, for some odd reason, I had a huge crush on Emeril.  Not anymore.  Weird!

Giada & Alton Brown!!!

yup. lol. he's real smart too!

it still surprises me how trim Giada is. woah.

I got a lot of my inspirations for Asian fusion cooking from Ming Tsai, but I never see him on the Network anymore.   At that point, I was also liking Bobby Flay...he was the first one to call a Chop Salad a Chop Salad (Look Ma, no lettuce...)

So now on to the new crop.  I really do like Rachel Ray.  I think her cooking style is pretty modern.  I find myself saying "YUMMO!" regularly, probably because of her.  I can't think of his name right now, but the Australian Hottie that has that show "Take Home Chef" or something like that.  He spots a shopper in the supermarket then talks them into letting him follow them home to cook a fabulous meal in their kitchen and ultimately entertain their friends, etc.  I'd take him home.

Glad to see another Rachael Ray fan! I cook some of her recipes, and while they usually take me more than 30 minutes the first time through, they really are pretty fast and easy. (And I say "YUMMO," too!)

I also like Alton Brown, and Michael Symon--the newest Iron Chef. I like Iron Chef in general. My kids like "Unwrapped," where they show you how different kinds of food are made.

I sure wish the Food Network would get a show with a good vegetarian chef. We eat meat-free a lot, and I'd love some more ideas, and to see someone really good prepare some things.

My favorites to watch would have to be Alton Brown, and Jamie Oliver. (is he still on? I think I started watching Food Network because I liked his accent)  I love Rachel Ray's recipes. When I moved in with my Fiance, I couldn't cook. I bought a few of her cookbooks and they are awesome. I don't rely on them so much anymore, but they really helped me learn to cook. I don't care to watch her on TV though. I put her on mute usually.

I can't STAND Guy Fieri!! Maybe it's the way he pronounces his name. Like FEE-EDDIE. Has nothing to do with anything it just plain annoys me.
