Wii Fit! It is amazing!
Ok this is my first time posting but I have been on this site since March. 09 when I weighed 220 lbs! (Ugh!) I was determined that I would not go into another summer looking like a beached whale so I decided in the beginning of March to start working out hard and I managed to lose 13 lbs in the first month by simply cutting down to 1100 calories and working out for two hours daily.
I was so inspired that I started looking for other workout programs so I wouldn't get bored and found some great programs on cable tv that offered a variety and I didnt have buy anything (great I thought). In the second month I lose (April 09) I have lost 19 lbs but let me tell you what has offered me the best motivation as well a hard workout, The Wii FIT! I brought it nine days ago and have spent every single day since on that thing for at least three hours working up a serious sweat! And it is tons of fun! Plus I am learning to do the Yoga moves which I always thought to be a complete bore! I am telling you this thing is amazing! It tracks your BMI and weight progress and I have lost six pounds in the nine days since I purchased this thing. Seriously I would recommend this for anyone who isn't really motivated to work out. Oh and let me also recommend the Gold Gym boxing game! Talk about an all over body work out! The first two days my whole body hurt but you know it is your work out and you can put a little into and get a little out of it or put a lot into and see the rewards!
I havent seen 188 lbs in years so I am pumped up and more determined than ever to reach my final goal weight of 150lbs by my birthday in September. I have also created some short term goals for myself that I want to reach and my first one is June first where I hope to be 175 lbs, July 1st - 163 lbs and August 1st 151 lbs!

I love it! I am glad that they came out with new games as I was getting a bit tired of the ones that came with it. I live in a second floor apartment of a very old house so I had to give up Dance Dance Revolution. Tragic! Luckily, Wii Fit has some similar activities plus the balance activities and it is much more low impact! Hooray!
I love Wii Fit too! I have lost about 20 lb this year and am now at my target weight. I love how it keeps track of everything and you can track your progress. The key is that it weighs you and the numbers don't lie!
I am maybe a little obsessive about it because I literally have not missed day with at least a 30 minute workout every day. I do the complete set of Stength Exercises at the highest reps. I do this every other day and do the Aerobics and Yoga the other days and the Balance Games mixed in to keep things interesting. I am hoping they come out with a new version soon to freshen things up with some new exercises.
They are coming out with something new on May 19th!!!!!!!!
