Wii Fit
Hey, I was just wondering if any other CCers had the Wii Fit and how they felt about it. I got it a while ago, but I've only been able to work on it 3-4 times. It's so much fun though! I love it!
My personal favorites are the Jack-knife ab workout and the Hula Hoop cardio activity. They're so much fun and I really feel like I got a workout after I do those.
How long do you normally play? I played for 31 minutes last time (activity time, not time from turning on the game to turning it off). I just want to know more about CC Wii Fit-ers! :D
I love it! It's great for when I feel like a quick workout after the gym closes (I ALWAYS feel the urge to workout right when it's too late to go to the gym!).
My mom is so jealous I have it! Tehehe! I told her she can play it any time she wants though (she lives an hour or so away though. :[ )
I get home from work way too late to hit the gym sometimes so it's a good way to stay active...but I'll admit I mostly just think it's fun. I'll hula hoop endlessly and I love the running in place and the step aerobics.
I LOVE my wii fit. I have been using it regularly for about a month. I do the the advanced step aerobic (it's 5 minutes) then the 10 minute free run then 6 minutes super hula and finish with the 10 minute free step. Then I do a couple yoga ones for the cool down. This routine has helped me consistently lose weight each week and my MII is getting skinnier. I love it.
There are a few topics on it with pages and pages of responses. Not trying to be snippy, but the Wii Fit is very popular. Just use the search bar.
This topic comes up once or twice every few days. You'll find that most people (including me) think it's adorable.
one of my coworkers bought it and mentioned to me today that I should get it. I explained that 1) i've been trying and 2) upon giving up trying it'd just get in the way of all of the bicycling/running/weight lifting i've decided to do instead.
I'd really like to play it though, it looks REALLY fun! Still have to beat mario galaxy though.
I have been using my Wii fit for 3 weeks now every day. I really like the way it keeps track of BMI and weight. The games are fun, but I get frustrated at how long it takes to get 30 minutes of time logged onto the bank. Since the Wii trainer always seems to be talking or giving advice in between each exercise. I have noticed that it takes about 43 minutes from beginning to end including the body test. I have continued to use it, but I am also now doing a workout DVD as well with continuous workout instead of the pauses to get the score.
Is there a safe diet pill for teens?
