Wii fit...
I love mine, too. :) Tomorrow is the end of ... week three? And the only day I missed was when I had overnight house guests!
I'm trying to do 30 minutes each day, alternating cardio with legs, abs (and back? I'm not sure) and chest/arms. The last one is the one I really have to supplement it with regular weight stuff. I also use some of the balance games on leg days - I figure it I go up on my toes to do the bubble game, that's calves and ankles, right? :)
I love my Wii Fit! I actually try to alternate doing aerobics, strength training and yoga upper body, and strength training and yoga lower body. My biggest challenge is finding the time. I have a 14 month old son that is pretty demanding during the day... and during nap time I usually do housework.
I too am on week 3, and I have to admit, i'm loving it. it's starting to become part of my daily routine, and I can feel the difference. My boyfriend even pokes at my tummy and tells me how its changed. I've lost technically 4lbs, but i think alot of it is muscle building up.
