Today my willpower feels especially weak. Every time I stand up I find my legs taking me to the kitchen! I haven't screwed up my daily calorie intake for the day yet (it is still early, after all) but I can feel disaster on the horizon. Anyone have some tips to stay away from food until mealtimes? I'm trying to keep busy but if there's ever a lull in my concentration my thoughts go right back to food!

chew some sugar-free gum, drink some water, go outside and take a walk, anything that keeps you away from the kitchen should do the trick!
Listening to music really helps distract me.
I feel your pain! I've been off-track the past couple of day! I'm definitely trying to stay on track today!

Walk or bike or music. They all raise your serotonin and that will help. If you exercise, then you won't be so over the top on calories if you still need to eat something.
Listen to your music really loud and dance around! It's really fun and it is exercise! Don't forget a microphone. And lots of water.
Clean! I never think about eating when I am trying to clean up.
rstrehle85 is correct - and I am just remembering that - when I'm cleaning or really busy can go forever without eating - but it seems when I sit down and eat then I'm extra hungry.
I really need help and motivation.
