From a health standpoint, 35 ounces of wine per week is acceptable for a woman.  The Dietary Guidelines for Americans defines "moderate drinking" as no more than one drink a day for most women and two drinks a day for most men, with a standard drink being 12 ounces of beer, 5 ounces of wine, or 1.5 ounces of 80-proof distilled spirits.  Each of these drinks is assumed to contain approximately 0.5 ounces of alcohol.   However, the pattern of drinking is important too.  At one sitting, consumption of 4+ drinks for a woman and 5+ drinks for a man meets some definitions for binge drinking, a risky behavior associated with falls, fires, and drunk driving accidents.
