I'm looking to get a new one. The one I have now is not that great, measures to the nearest pound, except when I use the one at the grocery store -- it measures to the nearest half pound.
Whatever kind of scale you have is fine (just try to use the same one for accuracy).
I just got a new scale for Christmas. It's a Taylor Body Fat Scale, it measures to the nearest 0.10. I love it!

I have the Weight Watchers digital. Weighs to the closest .1 Love It!
Teams and Week 0 weights are posted. If I missed anything or have any typos please let me know.
A few things to note...
- Those who did not post a Week 0 weight can still join IF they post a Week 1 weight between 1/6 and 1/8. Their week 1 weight will be used as their week 0 weight while will put them at a slight disadvantage (given that the rest of us will be a week ahead of them).
- A change from BLC 9 - If you miss a weigh-in, your previous week will be used to calculate winners. So you will want to be sure your teammates all weigh-in, otherwise you might be stuck with their Week 1 weight weighing you down in Week 8. I think this will help 'reward' those who are members are the most active team.
