Winsor Pilates

Anyone have this series of videos?  I found one of them at a thrift store and bought it.  I like it, but it's only the 20 minute workout and I need more!  I am thinking of buying the whole series, but I'm kinda skeptical.

Do you like them?

Hoping for some feedback before I spend all that money!

I have the whole series and I really like them.  The ab workout is pretty killer.  I haven't done the bun and thigh workout yet.  I'm still working on the 20 minute workout.  I am still not able to do them all like they should be done, so am striving for that first.  Pilates gets you a lot of bang for you workout buck!  You don't need to sweat to get all the benefits that it has to offer.  If you need to, add some kind of cardio workout to your day like some kind of aerobic workout or something.  You should probably change up your workout once in a while, anyway so you don't get bored and your body doesn't learn to be economical and your muscle building slow down.  Anyway, Pilates is great for creating long, lean muscle.  Just try doing each move more perfectly each time.  Controlled movements and breathing, that's what gets you there.  There are people who have done Pilates for years and are still striving to do it "right"!  It will build muscle, that's for sure!
Start with the basics you will be amazed how relaxed it makes you feel afterwards and dont worry if you dont get it the first time. I have the set and I love them mostly for my abs.
Singpraisetojesus I am glad to know that you have tried the winsor pilates system and liked it. I was on the website today comtemplating buying the series. I want to add something different to my workouts and I thought pilates would be be a good way to sculpt my body with lean muscle mass. But tell me, is the whole series really ten bucks or is that for one dvd and then you pay more for each additional?
I got the pilates for Dummies at wal mart. It is good for me. I tought me how to do the movements and it was only 9.95 for the tape. I want to get the Winsor Pilates, but i am not one that order things off T.V. I like to wait for it to hit the local stores. I got just about all the tae bo tapes i need from a local dollar store. If you are person that likes to hunt for a good deal. Get it at wal mart or best buy. That is how i get my DvD's on work out and the local dollar stores. But they have some good ab moves. I love doing the 100... Pilates is a good workout.
I bought mine off TV last year and if I remember right I think I paid something like $96 for the whole set.  I know, I shouldn't make those impulse purchases, but now I'm glad that I have it because it is such a cool tool for getting in shape.  So, it probably is $10 per DVD or something like that.
Ya I have the Windsor pilates series and I love them,

I also just bought Rael Pilates System 27, I got it at one of those Sports Authorities stores, It was cheap and I absolutly love it, Not only does it give me a workout, it is quite soothing and he really concentres on breathing and not only feeling the benefits outside but also inside your body by being connected with yourself and it does make me feel good inside...I couldn't have found it at a better time.
This DVD was cheap as well only like $5.00 or something but just as good as windsor pilates in my opionon. I alternate videos everyother day.
Good to hear the feed back on this.  I just purchased the $10 Wisor Pilates starter kit and it comes with a ring and two DVD's.  They'll send you 1 or 2 more DVD's in 2 months and you can choose if you want to keep them or not and I believe you are under no obligation to keep them.
I have several of the Winsor Pilates dvd's and I really like them.  The first few are only about 20 minutes or so, but they really work.  There are also some that are almost an hour, but I don't use those as often with my schedule.  I like the short ones and it's worked for me.
Windsor Pilates are the best i've come across. Buy them for sure, the ab workout is my favourite. ;)
I have been doing Pilates for a few years, and I have to say that using a resistance band really helps! You become toned much faster.... The Winsor Pilates system with resistance bands is called the "Power Sculpting" series. It has 4 DVDs. I definately recommend it!
