How To Withstand the Temptations?!?!

How does everyone do it?

I have chocolate graham crackers and pretzels and nature valley bars all in my house. I was doing great, had a healthy, filling breakfast and then 30-calorie ranch dressing with cucumber slices for my mid-morning snack. But, as I was planning my afternoon snack, I ate a chocolate graham cracker(68 calorie) But it's not really the calories it's all the sugar when I'm trying to cut down and...I just wanted to know I could withstand temptations! And I always have 1 dessert after dinner, a weight watchers, 100-calorie pack, chocolate graham cracker, etc. But these days I don't want to be tempted. I'm not sure if i should just have chocolate graham crackers or also buy the weight watchers and have the 1 night, graham crackers the other...

Can anyone answer any/all of my questions! how do you withstand temptations? HELP! thank you and good luck!

I just throw them out if I can or if it comes to that. Buy fruit and veggies and shop the outside of the grocery store - never the isles... it's healthier and less calories!

i DO that but everyone in my house loves the food and won't let me throw it out.
