They say that she has two due dates... but from my limited knowledge of birth, I can't imagine that once she starts having contractions, both won't be delivered.

And I'm pretty damn sure they taught us in health class that this wasn't possible.

Apparently it is uber-rare...so much so that they can't even give it a number on the incidence scale.

If you watch the video in that story it says that it's more common in animals, so it has been studied somewhat. They also say problems arise when the babies are too far apart in age, because the 2nd concieved child does have to be born with the first. So there can be complications from being premature. But these 2 are only 2 weeks apart so they have a good chance of being fine.

I'll make sure to post pictures. That would also be very interesting considering she is about 100 years old in dog years. Now this thread just needs a two-headed calf.

It happend to one of my highschool teachers...they were conceived 2 weeks apart but she had them at the same time.

I know of a case where a woman had twins. She was on welfare and had to list the father in order to get benefits. She wasn't sure which was the one, so they tested both men and each one was a father. She received child support from 2 different men.
