Would weight loss help reduce bra size? I am not trying to look like pamela anderson (skinny body- big chest).  Anyone experience this problem?

It does for some people; my mum lost weight and went down a cup :)
Almost everyone that I have talked to (including me) has lost some boobs along with the rest of the weight.
Yeah, boobs are mostly fat and muscle right? If you lose weight, I'm sure you might go down. But, I'd be willing to sacrifice some for a smaller waist! After all, that's why there's push up bras!
Before the weight gain, I was an A-Cup and I wanted the boob fairy to come. The weight gain gave me a D-Cup. I wouldn't mind if the boob fairy would come back and collect the excess because many of the clothes I like do not flatter me.

I'm hoping to lose some fat in each side of the bra.
For most women it seems to make a huge difference.  At 5'2" I am now a 34G because of my weight gain.  Granted I wasn't small before (34DD) but those were at least somewhat manageable.  I have noticed big fluctuations w/my weight and bra size.  Hope that helps.
I went from a 34D to 34C when I lost weight.  The only bad thing about it.  I actually don't look all that different, but it was fun being a D as I grew up with nothing there!

I've lost 18 lbs so far and have gone from a 38C to a 36B.  I am MORE than prepared to keep losing 'the girls' much to my husbands dismay if it means I'm thin again!! :)
Before my actual reduction (via surgery) i was a 32G and I lost about 25lbs and only about half a cup size, so not everyone changes that much.
I've gone down only 1 cup size so far after 62 lbs. The problem is that cup size is related to band with, so as the band with goes down and the boobs go down, the cup size can stay the same. I'd like to lose a few cup sizes personally, I have the opposite problem as the OP.
I dont think anyone will be completely deflated in their weigh loss unless they go all the way like body builder with very tiny BF% ...I am always an A. Full A (A+ or B-) or not so full A (A-). Right now, not I am A-. And yup, that's what those invention called 'push-up' bra comes in play when desired, of course. :)

I lost 30 lbs and my cup size went from a modest C to a very small A so I would say yes. plus boobs are basically fat so if you're losing fat you'll lost that too.
ive lost 20 pounds and my bra siza hasnt changed a bit, i wish it would tho, ive never been able to wear a tank top that fit right, im a 38 D, was a 36 full C before weight gain....
Unfortunately, that's the first place I lose...and keep losing. Lost 2 inches and 1/2 cup size in 1 month.
I've lost 21 lbs and my bra size is exactly the same. It actually went up 2 inches, believe it or not! I guess that's not a bad nor good thing lol.
i lost 30 pounds and my boobs didn't get any smaller whatsoever... in fact, i think they got bigger (and believe me, i WANTED them smaller!).
so i think it's just different for every woman

geez. all of u are sure lucky... when i lost my weight, my chest turned flat... now its... still flat.... :(
winterz: lol if i were lucky then my breasts would have shrunk and i wouldn't be shelling out 8,000 bucks for a breast reduction :P
when I lost 35 lbs last year, I only lost one cup size - I went from DD to D. I was hoping to be a C or smaller... I think everyone is different.
