Women and Self Image - A Rant full of spelling errors
A guy has a feature he doesnt like about himself, he will look in the mirror and think, "Damn thats a bitch... oh well..." he moves on or gets the idea "I dont have to look at the flaw so who cares..." no a woman sees something wrong with herself she doesnt shut up about it. She buys into society pushing a very distored image of what she should look like, BUT SHE ACCEPTS IT and tries to attain it. My god shut up! So what you have some small flaw... wow, most guys arent going to give a flying **** about it... we all have them provided you dont weigh 200+ while trying to fit into the junior sections clothing no one will much care! Do what a guy does... dress to suit yourself.
Stop buying into society and its growing ****, why the hell would you buy a magazine that names off 10,000 some odd "flaws most women have and dont notice!" ...flaws most women have... wait wouldnt that mean that its more of an average trait? Hmmm yes, yes it would.
This is by no means saying everyone should be happy with who they are, no i would never be such a "deep" person... hell i hang out in the shallow end. But regardless i dont look for perfection, perfection just means shes most likly a freak... no offence... but no guy wants to wait around ****ing 3 hours while you do makeup or make sure some dress looks perfect, FFS we are more intrested in what you look like without the dress on. Ladies grow some "balls" and give society a big middle finger once in a while....
rock on
:)
I never buy into any of that magazine crap-o-la.
Healthy and happy > Stick thin and paraniod
Proportioned and fit > airbrushed
(hint: even the models and actresses don't look like that until the photoshop session is over!)

No you can look at 6, i sleep with em at aroun 9 or 9.5 on a 10 point scale ^_^ :P
So that has nothing to do with women having bad self image? :)
While I kind of agree with your point, you really do kill it with your self-centered attitude and later remarks.
To be quite honest, small-town Minnesota isn't the hottest or most populous minnow pool out there. See how good you look when you try out an ocean, not a quaint little pond.
and honestly 50,000 residents + 3 college campuses full of kids i wouldnt call "small town" (wouldnt call it big my any means) but its more of a ratio thing anyway there may be 1000 hot people here and 3000 ugly ones so in a bigger city there might be 10000 hot ones and 30000 ugly ones... OMG THE RATIO.... but thats beside the point ^_^.

And if i were looking for anything for long term looks would be one of the last things id be interested in.
That doesn't help much. Guys with madonna-w**** complexes are no bargain and most likely to be shopping in the new-product aisle at the first sign of challenge or on random tuesdays.
GP, so you don't mind contributing to the complex but you rant about it?
FYI, the girls who look in the 6-8 range are probably completely confused by your show of interest and even more so when they see you go onto those in the 9+ range. That's actually one of the things that feeds into the negative self image, after all, they don't know how shallow you claim to be. Which is not to say that you should do them any favors by sleeping with them, in fact you're doing them a favor even though they don't know it by not.
I will agree with you that I've never had a guy notice any of my flaws (and I see absolutely no reason to point them out) that I'd be willing to get intimate with. And I do agree that women do let the guys who only go for the 9+ get to their egos far more than they should. A woman really doesn't need to spend any more time getting ready to go out with a guy than he spent...throw on a pair of jeans and run a comb through your hair ought to work just fine.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
