5' 6'' - 5' 7'' Women - What do you weigh?

Hi All,

I am 5' 7'' and I teeter between 147-151 in any given week.  I was just curious as to how much other women with my height weigh. Also, would like to know your best motivators for weight loss.

I'm 5'7" and usually weigh in around 135.

Im 5'6" and weigh 143 right now but am determined to get down to 132.

I am 5'7", and generally keep my weight around 138 - 140.

I'm 5'7", weight 154, but have a goal weight of 145.

I am 5'6'', and weigh 155, but am determined to get down to 133

I'm somewhere between 5'6" and 5'7" and I weigh 140. I'm hoping to get down to the 130-135 range.

I'm 5'7, at 153 trying to get down to 132.

I'm 5'6, currently 164.  Aiming for 145 (or maybe 140).

5'6", maintaining at 135-137.

I am 5'7 maintaining around 123/125.

I am 5'6 and currently between 142/143....goal weight right now is 135....but I think 130 would be ideal for me.

alright i got you all.... i am around 200/202... my goal wieght right now is 190. but i would really like to be 140lbs

And my motivation is that I've spent so many years hating how I look that I finally decided to just not over eat and now that I'm getting closer to my goal weight I will find out if I have deeper issues or if the weight was really all I hated. It's just a search to find what makes me happy. Embarassed And of course I just want to be hot! lol

I'm 5'6.  I started at 212 in Jan, but am now down to 166.  Initial goal was to hit 160, but now that I'm so close, the 150's kinda sound nice...

i'm 5'7" & started out weighing 218. 

CC gave me a goal weight of 149 ( for 5'8", but apparently i'm only 5'7"), but i wanted 134.  after being 134 for about a year, i decided i would rather maintain at 129.

i'm 130 today, but going up & down 5 pounds is fine.  i have a healthy weight range, not a healthy weight.

i dunno what motivates me.  everything, i guess.  LOL  i just love my new life.  it's awesome!

 

I'm 5' 7", started at 142 at the beginning of the year, came back to CC at 138, currently at 134 and aiming for 120-125 including muscle.

My best motivators are that I'm getting married in a year so I want to look amazing in my wedding photos, I want to feel energized and like I can do anything, and I am determined (when I become one) to be a hot Mum! Those are what keep me motivated to run run run and do lots of weights.

I want to be fit and filled out slim, not skinny slim Laughing

Me too but I'm aiming for 125

I'm 5' 6.5" and I usually weigh about 135.  I have my goal for 118 (as a reminder that is the bottom end of BMI) and I do not intend to go that low. 

I'm 5'7" and my typical weight range now is 132-135

My biggest motivation is feeling soooo good after a good run or work out--the lighter I am the faster I run (or feels like it anyway!) and the less sluggish I feel (during workouts and in general). 

If I don't exercise regularly for a few weeks (work, travel or other excuses) I find I get used to the sluggish feeling and then I go for a run or exercise and remember how good it feels to be in shape and be at a healthy weight.
