Wonderful chocolate shake craving killer!

Quote  |  Reply
I'm normally REALLY skeptical about low calorie recipes on the internet, but with some experimenting on HungryGirl.com I've been really suprised and happppppy!
Here's what I made today and it tasted amazing, except I substituted a sugar free pudding cup for the chips and syrup.
And a tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa powder for the diet cocoa mix. 150 cals =]

HERE COMES THE FUDGE

There's only one way to put this. WE ROCK. Our super-chocolately Frozen Fudge Chip Freeze is phenomenal, not only because it has less than a third the calories and a quarter of the fat of Starbucks' Double Chocolate Chip Blended Frappuccino Creme, but because it actually tastes BETTER, too. We're not even gonna waste time blabbing about it. Here's the recipe. Try it out for yourself.

Ingredients:
1 packet diet hot chocolate mix, dissolved in 4 oz warm water
1 Tbsp sugar free chocolate syrup
2 oz. light vanilla soy milk
3 Splenda packets
1 Tbsp of mini chocolate chips
7-8 ice cubes
Fat Free Reddi-Wip

Directions:
Place dissolved cocoa, chocolate syrup, Splenda, chips, soy milk and ice in a blender. Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds. Pour into an attractive cup and top with a little Fat Free Reddi-Wip. Enjoy!

Thanks pansysinatraangel! Sounds delicious!! Can't wait to try it!
I make a killer chocolater shake as well!!  I use....

1 scoop of chocolate royale slim fast powder

1 cup fat free milk

1 squirt lite Hersheys chocolate syrup

handful of ice

big scoop fiber sure (just for good measure, lol)

Comes out to 200 calories and it's a BIG serving!!

Mix it up in my smoothie maker and go nuts!!! :)
hey does the addition of fiber sure make it less calories? or can i leave it out...i get WAYYYY too much fiber during the day so i dont think that i need it in the drink. or does it also give it some texture to the drink?
