Call it a plataeu or whatever but for the last month I've pretty much fluctuated around 149lbs. It's driving me CRAZY!!!! I've been as low as 148 and as high as 151 and everywhere inbetween!

I don't binge, I eat 1200-1250 calories every day, I go for walks (despite the freezing weather and being v. busy) and still nothing!

But it seems as if i've lost inches. Everyone is commenting on how I LOOK thinner, how is this possible? I don't measure myself in inches so I don't know if this is true or not :S

I know if I keep at it I'll eventually start loosing again and I can't wait for March and hopefully for some WARMTH so i can actually enjoy exercising some more and more salads etc. but at this rate I do't know if I'll get to my goal of 125lbs by late June. I've got about 17 weeks and 24lbs, it SHOULD be possible but I can't help but feel that it's never gonna happen.

Any input would be great, stories of your own plateau's... how to SPELL the word plateau :) anything like that to keep me motivated would really be appreciated!

Ugh, weigh-in day is tomorrow and I really want to be even half a pound lighter!

 I have been hovering between 135 and 137 for the past 2 weeks and am now beginning to feel really frustrated. I watch my calories between 1400-1500 a day, exercise 2-3 times a week burning 1000 cal a week but nothing seems to be making a difference. Then i thought maybe it was PMS but now my period is gone and am still at 135. So yeah it can get really frustrtaing and noone is commenting on my looking thinner :(( so thats worse.

Well, i intend to continue with this routine for another week or 2 and then reevelaute again. I just wanna go below 134 once at least.

On also forgot to add, my burnmeter says I burn 1900 a day, so that a deficit of 3800 calc per week. What is your deficit a week coming to?
