woo hoo!!!! so excited!!
So...after a week of upping my intake, and exercising only 30 mins on the elliptical 5 days this week, and 1 strength class for 1 hour...i managed to maintain my weight.
i am only 4'11 and i was eating 1900 calories this past week...i am so stoked...i think my metabolism is soaring. just wanted to share!! i felt so lazy and didn't want to spin since i've been packing and getting ready for graduation [which is today] so i just did low intensity cardio every day, but it kept things in line :)

Congrats! Maintaining with exercise is the only way it can be done. Happy Graduation too! Now go enjoy your graduation dinner :)
