Don't know where the old one disappeared, so I'm starting another!
My WOO-HOO's for the day:
1) This weekend I got back into my skinny jeans - and they were loose enough to be comfortable!! Woo-hoo!! So my DH took me dancing in them... (burned about 125 calories in 30 minutes ;-)
2) Got my haircut - short and sassy new 'do! I love it - it's a graduated bob, for anyone who knows what that means. Very short (boy-short) in the back, longer in the front, to chin length, for tucking behind the ears. I have been wanting to chop my hair this short for awhile now - more convenient for exercising than piling it back in a ponytail. But I have not dared, because I had a double chin I wanted to cover up with hair. No longer do I have a double chin!! The new 'do makes me feel lighter and carefree and thin and younger. My DH even loves it - and he wasn't so sure he would, since he usually prefers long hair.

i met my first goal of getting to what I was before I got pregnant and got my "reward".... a pedicure. :)

My woo-hoo is that I came back Saturday from a 4 day vacation in Myrtle beach. I ate like I have never eaten before............well not in the last 6 months anyway :-) I expected to see a huge difference on the scale and I was only up .5 lb and its TTOM also !!
My woohoo is not wieght related but cool none the less. My mom finally confessed that she thinks my mohawk is cool. I have been sporting my hawk for a year now and it always drove her nuts. She said it was because she keep seeing me as her daughter but all of a sudden she just looked at me and admitted that I look kick but with my hair this way....soooo... WooHoo for mohawks.
My Woohoo for the day....A friend was showing off some pictures of me and her from a wedding we went to and her friends were all like, "wow, Shannon looks thin"

Congratulations on being able to fit into your skinny jeans again, Jenmcc!! It will be a great day when I can do that. COnsidering the fact that I have over 20 pairs of "skinny" jeans.

beckab00 - the question is, did your hubby get his hair cut too? :-) ... seriously, you two make an adorable couple... so happy-looking together! But I envy his long locks... men shouldn't be allowed to have hair like that, when some of us women (me) can't grow it long to save my life!

My woohoo-I am now into "healthy weight" on my BMI scale, 24.9--barely, but at least it no longer says "slightly overweight"!!
I met one of my goals on Monday. I bought a pair of high heels the Thursday before and I wore them for once. I usually will buy high heels/boots and want to wear them, but my weight made me afraid to wear them. But I wore them to school on Monday. WooHoo!
Mine is finally reaching the 130s this morning and I feel great!

1- my new smaller cup bra came in the mail today & fits better than the d cup!
( i wanted this so badly for my back and the dcup stare factor)
plus it makes my torso look longer which makes you look thinner and my boobs dont get stuck under my arms anymore..lol which is great for summer as bra rash is a beast!
not comfy for all day..still dcup..blah
2- i FINALLY have my fiance stuck on counting cals. he needs this as he is medically obese and had sleep apnea. he feels better and looks better and his blood pressure has gone down and he says he naturally drinks less coffee. and he isnt snoring all the time keeping me awake and has lost over 5 pounds and is working out too! :)
3- my skinny size 7s that fit tight last week and lose this week. and my thighs lost that last little bit of top fat finally. it was such a small amout but bugged the crap out of me because it was almost perfect to what i wanted. now its gooooooooone :)
4- woke up to 135 on the new scale. (it added pounds)

2. I seem to be inspiring others at work. A couple people that work in my building have re-committed to losing weight. The person above asked for the website address here. One or two others are also trying again.

I finally made it to the 'slightly overweight' catagory, 'healthy weight' here I come!

My woohoo.....um...even though I haven't lost but a few pounds in the last 2 months, I've had 3 people this week tell me that I look like I lost weight!! I maybe lost 1 pound in the past two weeks, but it feels great to hear that!! I always lose weight in my face first...so yeah, there it is!
I went shopping yesterday and size medium shorts (at Forever 21) were too lose on me. Around Christmas, I was wearing large stuff there.

Everyone is doing so well, it really inspires me and keeps me on track even when the scale refuses to move at the pace I'd like!
The scale went down 2lbs this week(then up one but its TTOM so only up 1 lb is amazing progress)!
Yesterday I ran/walked 4 miles at lunch then did my tae-cardio kickboxing class after work. All in all about 90 minutes of hard cardio. I felt like jello last night and sore this morning but it was great to push myself and succeed.
The scale went down 2lbs this week(then up one but its TTOM so only up 1 lb is amazing progress)!

- I am noticing clavicle lately! I will never have elegant shoulders (they're too broad) but it's nice to have some definition once again!
- I ran 4 times this week, for a total of 2 hours 15 minutes, my longest week since getting back into running again last October! And no injuries! Not even a weird ache or pain!! I actually feel like I could run a 5th time today, but that would probably be pushing it.

Nine months and 51.4 pounds ago, my BMI was 53....today is 44.1!!! I was in a size 28 pants (tight) and 26 top....this week i bought a size 20 swim suit! Daaaaannng it feels good!
