Anyone have any experience with Woo Long Tea or the promise that drinking it will help increase metabolism and thus help shed pounds?
I drink coffee every morning and thought about switching to this particular type of Green Tea for its health and weight-loss promises, just didn't want to get drawn into something that is a crock.
Any takers out there have any experiences to share?
Thanks!
Tom

Sounds dirty.... ;-)
It's a crock.
For some reason I've been hearing a lot about this Woo Long tea and its impact on weight loss as well.
I dont know how this works, but from what I know, i think its all myth.. b/c tea has caffeine.. so its supposed to suppress ur appetite.. but i'm not an expert.
I have also tried drinking it every morning but it didn't make me lose weight just so you know. a huge cup of black coffee every meal worked though (and u have to gulp it down so u feel full).
