I found this site last week (july 4th) and today is my second weigh in.... 16lb loss!!!

 

I am over the moon.... The tools on here are great, i've been able to track what I've been eating and make better choices about planning meals... Also the activity widget has been making me do more exercise to drive that burn meter up and up...

Looks like all the effort paid off, I just hope I can keep it going for the next year till I lose the remaining 175lbs

Welcome to the site! I've been on since mid-May, and I love it! The support here is really great. Like you, I tend to lose a lot the first few weeks, but then for me it starts to slow down to a more normal 1-2 lb a week loss. What's your history with weightloss? What are your goals?
