For the last number of weeks/month I have not seen a change in the scale, but on Monday I was able to fit into some clothes that I bought six years ago, that I have never gotten rid of. I bought them the summer before I had my first child and have not been able to fit into them since. So, two kids and six years later I can wear them. I am sooooo happy!!!
WOOHOO for me.
What is everyone else's WOOHOO moment!!!

Woohoo - congrats!
Mine is that I realized that it's been over a month since I've smoked. I didn't even quit consciencly, I just haven't wanted a cigarette. And I haven't gained weight since I quit.

Molly... Congrats on not smoking. I honestly can't relate as to how hard it is to quit, but the fact that it came so naturally for you is great!!
Hey there.....my woohoo moment came today when I got on the scale. I got below 200. yipee! I didnt lose for 2 weeks then I was down 2 today. So I am finally under 200 by a couple of pounds. It feels nice. Kepp on going everyone!
For me ... I've been working really hard on eliminating my bingeing problem--in January, February and March of this year I binged about 12 days each month, usually over 3000 calories each time, and this month I've only binged once, with 2950 calories!! Next month I'm going for 0 binge days! So I guess that's my WOOHOO for the month, not the week, but still I'm proud!
Also, I've reached a BMI of just under 22, and I'm starting to be happy with that. If I go much lower, I'll lose my curves and my natural body type, including muscle mass probably, and I don't want that. When I look in the mirror, for the first time in my life, I like what I see! Curves are beautiful!!!
WOOHOO!!! lol
