Woohoo One-Derland!
So hopefully I am not jinxing the evil scale....but I am finally under the dreaded 200 mark! I started out at about 220 9 months ago, but was then pregnant 2 times, with 2 mc's, so that wreaked havoc with my weight loss....add to that a bad knee and you get the drift!
I restarted my weight loss journey at 208 in the middle of June and am now down to 198.4! Please mean scale, don't go back up!

Wow, Conngrats!!!!! Can I rub your head to see if I can catch some luck too? lol I know how you feel I am now at 204 (the lowest I have been in 3 yrs) was at 211 about 2 weeks ago and I hope to get below that 200 mark one day also!

CONGRATS!!!!! I'm so happy for you!! I can totally relate to the MC's wreaking havoc...been there and boy i tell ya after it happened I'd never been as big as I was in my life. Anyway, I'm happy for YOU..wooooooooooohooooooo!!! :)

What makes me so happy about this is that it is a lifestyle change. I'm learning to eat better in moderation, but I still eat ice cream, cheesesteak and lobster bisque, but only once in a while...ok more than once in a while on the ice cream but hey, we all have our vices!
LOL! I can totally understand what you mean by the scale setting you up! I go up and down, but have been gradually getting down. I am 4 lbs from the 199 and I'll be doing the same happy dance as you once I see the 190's.
My favorite meal is the coconut shrimp at Red Lobster. I counted up the calories and, like you, I won't be eating there in the near future. And ice cream...what can you say? I won't buy it for the house any more, but I can't resist when we're out with friends and end up at Cone World. If we have it in the house, I'm a goner.

OMG! CONGRATS! I'm 207 (started 222) and my short term goal (now) is to get to 199 before my holiday in september. I can do it.

I had one night of FUN with my friends and woke up as an Oompa Loompa back at Willie Wonka's place...so, be careful!!! It didn't take long to dust off all that cocoa powder and claw my way back through the rabbit hole again, though. ![]()
I started at 216 at the end of May, and I am currently 196. But let me tell you, I am headed for the 80's!!! Those were SUCH great times...the GAP band, fingerless lace gloves, Prince, BIG hair, Loverboy, lacey anklets with leather pumps, Foreigner, T-shirts with gigantic neckholes that show your naked shoulders-straight out of Flashdance, Duran Duran...aaaaahhhhhh!!!!
Okay, flashback over. Anyway, I'm in hot pursuit of the 80's so I'll see you around Onederland. Just steer clear of the mushrooms!!
