My WOOOOHOOOO for the day!! What is yours?
My WOOOOHOOOO for the day is: I put my favorite pair of jeans on today and they are BAGGY!! The good thing is that they are baggy - the bad thing is that they are my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE pair. Shucks - I may just have to go shopping for another pair - isn't that horrible............
I have also noticed that my wedding ring is getting loose on my finger. (Can't get a new ring - just got one in June for my 15yr anniversary).

It was warm enough to ride my bike to work and I did not get winded on my way as I did in the past. I'm thrilled

I did a roll up for the first time in Pilates. Roll up is where you like flat on the floor and roll your upper body up into sitting position holding your arms in front of you...no help with jerking the arms or building up any momentum...never was able to do it before!

I couldn't do a shoulder stand or a plow position in Yoga until Sunday! Woo hoo!

I am actually gaining some muscles in my arms and legs that i NEVER had before, and like i said in my journal today for the first time in my life i feel healthy and strong and in control!!!!!!

Woo Hoo to all of you!!!!! You are doing AWESOME!!!!! My woo hoo for the day was that I didn't binge! I had a small breakfast...probably too small. Lunch was chicken salad on 12-grain and I skipped the potato salad sitting next to it. Dinner, 1 chicken breast sandwich with salad and a few tortilla chips. I also avoided the soda and doubled my water intake. MAYBE I will hit my goal of being below 180 by my Saturday weigh in!
Woooowhooooooo # 1 Ok, I broke my plateau yesterday but I was worried it would go back up, It didn't! I lost another pound and a half today! Don't know how and I don't care either.

My woohoo for today... 1. IT'S FRIDAAAY! 2. I am leaving work an hour early to enjoy the sunshine and get a calorie burning activity in!

1. Found a fantastic new salad dressing with sherry and truffle for about four dollars per bottle.
2. About to break into the 180's club.
3. Got paid today and am joining the gym tomorrow.
4. The woman who runs the local pet store said I'm welcome in there every day if I want to go. Apparently, I'm good with the puppies and they need the socialization anyway. I get new puppy friends almost every day now.
5. The sun is out! Feels like spring is finally here.
6. Got my furnace fixed, so I'm no longer shivering. Only took them a week. >:(

My WOOOHOOO for the day is that I burned 500+ calories today and stayed under my calorie limit!!!! I feel amazing!!!! And it was a beautiful day. How do I know this? I was outside exercising for most of it. ;-) WOO HOO!!!!
I have great legs! Well, they aren't like supermodel great or
anything, but I just put on this outfit for a date tomorrow night, and
it included a skirt, and I was amazed at how much slimmer and tone my
legs looked. Now I just need to get my arms and belly that way
and I will be set! :) Yay for me!!
My whoo hoo for the day is I weighed this morning and I have lost 3 pounds DOWN TO 193...lost 10 pounds total so far!!!whoooo hooooo!!! I've been bouncing between 197.5 and 195.5 for almost two weeks. I may of been in a plateau don't know for sure but pretty much pigged out yesterday and this morning well afternoon and made it under 195......I was gonna scream if another week went by and didn't see anything...figured I was gaining muscle cause I lost an inch in my waist and 1/2 in. in my ribs and hips....all I can say is WHOO HOO!!! FINALLY!!!

I was able to put on my "motivation jeans." a size 18 bought off the rack at target...:) Now I have to go buy a size 16 from target. Target's sizes always seemed to run small for me.
